i searched in wordpress forum and i found out there is a note about this:
When there are multiple posts on a page published under the SAME DAY, the_date() only displays the date for the first post (that is, the first instance of the_date()). To repeat the date for posts published under the same day, you should use the Template Tag the_time() or get_the_date() (since 3.0) with a date-specific format string.
Use <?php the_time( get_option( ‘date_format’ ) ); ?> to add the date set in the admin interface.https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/the_date
http://johnlamansky.com/wordpress/missing-post-dates/the above note is exactly what happened to me whenever i post multiple post on a page under the same day. I noticed when i published 10 or more page/post under the same day, the published date will disappear.
however, when i published 5 or less page/post under the same day, it will displays the date for the first post only. And i think this is okay with me.
What i don’t like is when i published 10 or more page/post the post date will disappear.

Look at the WHO’S OUT TODAY area. i created that 4 post in the single day and as you can see the post date is missing. that is always the scenario whenever i have more than one post for a single day.

i fixed it. there is a conflict from one of my plugin. Just one more thing, what you guys used to optimized or speed up the wordpress that will not conflict my buddyapp theme?
