Wow that was rude. Is this how customer support is handled with everyone you speak to Abe?

    Ok interesting…

When disabling the child theme and enabling the parent theme I still get the same problem, so the code in my child theme isn’t the cause.

When I disable the Kleo theme and activate a default WordPress theme the problem goes away. So the source of the problem seems to be originating from the Kleo theme itself. Which makes a lot of sense as the problem emerged when I ran the latest update.

I have since updated the theme when I updated to the latest version of Kleo this problem appeared. Instantly after updating from an older version of the theme.

Would that give any indication of where this problem is arising from?

Everything being generated on the home page is managed through the pages section of WP, hence why this is not making sense to me.

    Hello Abe,

Did you receive my previous message? We really need to get this working now this ticket was opened over a week ago.

    Thanks

I have no revslider element on the page. No shortcode. This is my problem.

Have you gone into my admin? Can you see the revslider element on the page? If so please tell me where it is so I can delete it.

I understand that, I know how to add a slider through the visual editor. My problem and my message is why am I getting an error on my page?

It looks like on my home page the “header content” section is not updating because it is empty.

I have no rev slider shortcode in there but I am still getting an error on my front end saying it cannot find the slider.

I have imported a new slider from the Demo content. However as mentioned in my previous message I cannot find where the shortcode is displayed within the pages section.

Are you about to access my WordPress admin dashboard?

I am failing to locate “block settings” please see screenshots. Where exactly does it give me the option to add a URL if the items are clicked?

    Thanks.
