compassdesignsParticipant
Here’s mine, a BuddyPress implementation
United States Martial Arts Association
More features being added, including ecommerce with WooCommerce and an association member database.
compassdesignsParticipantThank you for the offer. I am trygint to find something that can show Buddypress fields in a woocommerce checkout
compassdesignsParticipantI deactivated it, but I needed it’s functionality. I can’t see the conflict.
compassdesignsParticipantHmm, nothing shows in the shop either (the second issue)
http://wwmaa.org/shop/compassdesignsParticipantThanks Laura for that link, I will make use of it!
Thanks for the help to, we got there in the end.
compassdesignsParticipantSomewhat :/
I backup up the settings this time. So I can now go back and forth.
BUT, each time I change between the main theme and the child them, ALL of my widgets are somehow deleted!!!!
compassdesignsParticipantHmmm, you also somehow deleted ALL my widgets on the site, including all the ones that had custom text. How did you manage that?
compassdesignsParticipantWell, the child theme is there, but you have lost all my customizations. There is about 2 hours work that you have lost.
Can you explain EXACTLY what you did?
compassdesignsParticipantThis theme requires a parent theme. Checking if it is installed…
The parent theme could not be found. You will need to install the parent theme, kleo, before you can use this child theme.
Theme installed successfully. It says it installed, but can’t find the parent theme. When I go to the themes page, the main theme is there, but the child theme is not.
compassdesignsParticipantDestination folder already exists. /var/www/wwmaa.org/wp-content/themes/kleo-child/
Theme install failed.
compassdesignsParticipantNot quite. I want to be able to change the field contents on purchase.
Say, I have BP field called “color” and it costs $10 to change to “blue” and $20 to change it to “red”
compassdesignsParticipantI am only starting out here, but I discovered if one if using the facebook log in, people can circumnavigate the whole of paid membership pro and register via that.
Kinda defeats the whole point, but oh well!
