This theme is so slow. Ive gone over several forums. So what is the best solution Laura?

Hello,
How do I go about updating the theme? The backend of the website says that everything is up to date. I’m not seeing any place to update the Sweetdates theme. There is another alert that I’m gett for rtMedia. The alert says “Please update rtMedia template files if you have overridden the default rtMedia templates in your theme. If not, you can ignore and hide this notice.”. Would that be affecting the fact that I don’t see any “Profile matching” option in the Theme Options?
