i have wanguard installed, no i didnt try to install fontello icons unless the ones i added to the child theme to buddypress profile images. i will try to deactivate plugins and see. But it is only at the back end it isnt disturbing the website frontend so i think i can manage the issue because for now all plugins i have installed are important.
Thanks Radu i think its better now, for every frame increased the the member activity increased as well as the activity on the activity stream. i set the desired value to 400px although i would prefer it if the css affected only the “member activity section” without affecting the “activity stream section ” it looks better still than before. Thanks Radu, it looks better now, the image below named “1” is the new look after adding your css, but is there a way the black border can be removed as soon as the video is posted? so that by default it becomes like image “2” below? if not possible then no problem because after refresh it fits like the image “2” also after adding the css the video from the “members activity” was “cut” and not as full as it used to be, from the image 3 you noticed the top section was removed so the person in the video hair isn’t seen full as seen in the image 2. If the “image 3” can be made to be its default size that would be better because the members section is a one column page. Thanks Radu. please sorry for the stress. God bless you!
i Just thought of something if the activity page li frame max height can be “320px” from the code you sent to me, can the members activity li frame be higher? the default way it used to be. so the members activity page wont be affected only the activity stream li frame. i sent another image “image 4” the video frame is 722 x 320 i think if the height is increased to be the default it will solve the problem… Thanks…. it seems i am learning code from your teaching 😉
Ok Radu, i believe you! thanks. please permit me if i may ask one more here. Below are images i added…image 1 to 3. when i post a youtube like (Image 1), the image becomes the default width and length which is too big (Image 2) the image becomes better and fits to the activity page when i refresh the page (Image 3). is this normal? is there a way the image by default will be like “Image 3” when i post it? This happens on mobile also. Thanks Radu.

Hello, it appears the “buddypress activity privacy plugin” is the cause of this problem.. 🙁 I feel so sad right now because it was an important plugin to me. Please is there a fix for this? Please.. Please any ideas? I ll be greatful.. Thanks great theme.
Hey Laura, thanks for quick response…. i do enter their username. i tried all names as well, and even when i put in the correct username and send the message. i get a message that the username is invalid even though it is the correct username

Also if I activate and am using the child theme what if a new update comes? Will by changes be erased?
Hey Laura, thanks so much for quick response… All these while I didn’t know the child theme was what I am to use. I had been working on the main theme. Should I then ignore the changes I made in the main theme, activate the child theme and start using the child theme instead?
Hello, i have deactivated all plugins but the error is still there. can i send you my details so you check and see the error? because i am new to WordPress. Additionally you could check the kleo demo theme, i tried also to edit a picture there using demo and demo as the user name and password for the demo theme but the same issue showed up
