ParticipantHi Radu,
I updated the theme just now and it blanked out my homepage (http://www.onoise.com/the-worlds-audio-workplace/) along with my test video background page (http://www.onoise.com/make-noise/). The current homepage is just a backup until I can get a video background working. Let me know your thoughts and feel free to test for yourself. Thanks!
My best,

ParticipantHi Radu,
I changed the credentials back.
I’m a bit frustrated at this point. It’s been a few months of me trying to get this to work and I am still having no luck. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Best,

ParticipantHi Radu,
Thanks for your response!
As you can see in the attached picture, I still wasn’t able to get the buttons functioning over the background video. I would be open to using other code if you have any suggestions.

ParticipantHello,
I just gave it a try and the buttons do not function, and they have merged together. The attachments will show you what I am seeing. Also, I added a screenshot of the location where I added the css because I don’t see an attachment from your last message. I just want to make sure I have entered the css in the correct form. Thank you!

ParticipantHi Laura,
Thank you for taking the time to help!
I have tried many times to get the buttons to work over a video background without any luck. Also, I would like to add a video background under multiple containers, but if you do not think it is possible – I can make it work without it.
You’ll notice below a link to a video background (page name: Make Some) and unworkable buttons.
http://www.onoise.com/make-noise/How do I make these buttons work over a video background? Thanks!

ParticipantI’ve added custom css (to make the background transparent) under “general settings” in the theme options, and it seems to have affected the code because I’ve deleted it and its still there. How do I revert back to where I was before I added the custom css? thanks!
– J
p.s. it does look neat – yet the borders and boxes have become transparent as well :/

ParticipantHi Catalin,
How do I go about allowing users to upload their own masthead image, preferably using the transparent background? This would be a great addition to our network.
(There is a buddypress background image plugin, but it doesn’t seem to work with the theme.)
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Participantwow.. I’m an amateur and I just figured it out… 5 minutes after writing this post.. <div style=”width:100%; height:100%; position:fixed; left:0;top:0;overflow:hidden;”>[rev_slider]</div>
I lose the bottom socket, but hey, it’s fine with me for now!
Have a good one guys… until I have an issue, write here, and fix it within 5 minutes… 🙂
