ParticipantAhh, that’s what I missed. I thought the demo data for GeoDirectory would be imported within Kleo’s Theme Options for some reason.
Thanks for your help!

ParticipantThe domain should now resolve correctly. Can you have another look, please?

ParticipantI think I know what’s going on: a recent DNS change hasn’t propagated worldwide yet. The site is currently on this IP:
75.126.137.86
Let me move the site to another domain that is publicly accessible.
Sorry for the frustration.

ParticipantOh no—sorry about that! I setup FTP but not WordPress. By the way, FTP is SFTP, so use port 22.
Thanks for the prompt response!

ParticipantNo, that’s not what I meant. And I haven’t even tried it with twentyfifteen at all, because I can’t replicate it reliably with Kleo in the first place; and there’s no way to know that absolutely.
It most often happens at /reporters and /wp-admin, but it’s inconsistent. WPEngine has isolated it to Kleo but without better error reporting it’s next to impossible to isolate.

ParticipantNo, it happens with Kleo enabled. And not all the time, so I can’t even replicate it for you. That’s why I was asking that you implement some better error reporting. Might save you some headaches all around.

ParticipantI’m getting the same error with Kleo at WPEngine and they are certain it’s Kleo and so is my lead dev. It appears a process is timing out. Could you please include some of PHP’s Error Handling Functions so this can be troubleshooted more effectively?

ParticipantOK I think I figured out the bug. I enabled Ajax Search and then manually added each searchable content (posts, pages, members, forum) and now it works without the error.

ParticipantDisabling Ajax Search in Header Options makes it go away.

ParticipantOK I figured it out. Access to my site was limited via Restricted Site Access plugin. Bascially, your site cannot be private. I renamed my index file and set the Restricted Site Access to Discourage, so I can still work in stealth mode.

ParticipantSame issue here. When I upload a new logo, the path appears in the logo field and it appears to save the setting but the change is not reflected on the site.
