    Hi

I tried adding these snippets to functions.php and it did not work.

I want to hid the black wp admin-bar at the top for all but administrator users and I especially want to hide it from non-logged in users.

It is the bar that has the below links when no one is logged in:
    About WordPress
    Log in
    Register

    Thanks

    /wp-content/themes/kleo/buddypress/members/single

Thanks, Laura but that is this is the sweetdate theme forum. The above is for kleo. What would be the file for Sweetdate?

    Thanks
    David

    Hi Laura

This is what I was asking for: https://buddypress.org/support/topic/put-edit-my-profile-link-in-sidebar/

The question now is what template files to edit. Please see the attached screenshot. I would like to place the edit profile link at 1. and other links or text at 2. & 3. on the mockup.

Could you please tell me which template files I should edit. I will first copy them to the child theme.

    Thanks very much
    David

I would like to do this to and I don’t think that or a comparable plugin exists that is still being updated.

I just want to put this in the menu or in page “Edit my Profile”

    Thanks

Also, our site has only two options. Instead of man seeking woman there are just, say, buyers seeking sellers and sellers seeking buyers. Those are the only two options so it would be much more elegant to say “Seeking sellers” rather than “Buyer seeking sellers.” How could that be accomplished?

    Thanks again

I have a similar question to the one above:

Someone hates to cook but is looking for someone who loves to cook. Is there anyway to make that work?

It seems like it could work if we could create more complimentary fields (I am a man looking for a woman). Can we create more than two complimentary fields?

Or can you think of any other workarounds?

    Thanks!
