There must be something that could be done. This is not ideal whatsoever. Please can you look into this, how many eccomerce sites have the ability for a discount code to be used more than once by a user? It just does not happen. This is going to require a lot of maintenance or if you could sort out a way that I can have a trial for 7 or 14 days with subscription taken monthly that might work also-although not an ideal situation.

Unfortunately its not very clear on how I change this. You should be able to offer support as its part of your package. I have registered with Paid Membership Pro but it does not give access to support, just documents. Please can you put it into simple language for how and where i need to change it please.

Ok, thanks. So in theory what you have set up would mean, we would take £30 off them now and in 1 months time and thereafter we would take £10 per month.
Sorry, I have installed Loco translate, but cannot find where ‘Media” is to change it on theme or plugins…..
