Hello, the user counts based on activity, so, if some of your users never logged in, it wont count, are you sure all have at least 1 login counted?

Hello, yes i understand but i need to check if the app settings are correctly setup just in case.
If the button does nothing, maybe the app api is not correctly added to theme options or a plugin is blocking it

Hello, for the user to create a profile, you need Buddypress plugin installed and activated. Then setup profile fields at Users > Profile fields, then setup buddypress pages at Settings > Buddypress > Pages, finally when your user tries to register he will see a registration form and then he will have a profile.

To create articles, install Social Articles plugin, this adds an article menu to their profile where they can start writing 🙂
