    Hi Radu,
    I hope you are well.Listen, I have something to ask you please, since we purchased Sweetdate theme, we never downloaded the software since our developers had already bought another license for us when they installed it. Now, we are considering moving away from sweetdate to Kleo..
    These are my questions please;
    1- Would it be possible to swap my license from sweetdate to KLEo since i have never downloaded it please? Happy to pay the extra of course
    2- Would you recommend Kleo for a dating website over sweetdate please?
    The site we are trying to create should have similar look and feel to http://www.elitesingles.co.uk
    3- Do you know a good developer who can help us move everything from sweetdate to Kleo please?
    4- We would like to build a mobile app for the website, do you know a good mobile app template to recommend for our dating website please?

    But i can’t seem to find where i can enter the url for https.www.eaimee.fr
    As per attached, I am not sure where else I can enter this url to make Facebook registration work on eaimee.fr. Can you advise please?

    Hi Radu,

    I’ve tried to do what you explained but i do not think i understand it fully, would you mind do this for eaimee.fr only please ?

    i am not sure why the paypal gets autocancalled when the payment has been successfully processes – I will raise this with PMPRO and see what they have to say.. Is it possible to fix the payment gateway this evening please ? Much appreciated

    Hi Radu,

    Oh no, actually i am not getting the error message anymore so the transaction is successfully done at the gateway but it gets cancelled in Paypal.
    In paypal The transaction shows pending for couple of minutes then changes to cancelled but the premium membership does not change so users will be using premium but not paid anything.
    Hope you understand; really hope this can be resolved…

    Thank you soooooo much, this is now working on eaimee.com; but http://www.eaimee.fr is not working yet.
    the admin username and password are the same as previously sent but the website is http://www.eaimee.fr.

    So we are aware, has anything else changed please? what are the pros and cons of changing to the native PMPRO please?

    once you resolved eaimee.fr, could you send me step by step of what you have done so we can keep in file for future reference please?

    Hi Radu,

    Would you be able to do this yourself since you have the login please? The guys at PMPRO have done a lot in trying to help resolve it but ultimately, it is your theme. It should be for you to resolve this not them.

    I really hope you can assist in resolving this ASAP.

    Hi Radu, ( please read to the end)

    sorry in delay replying but i was working with PMPRo to see if they could resolve the issue but they said that it looks like the plugin can’t work with paypal which is contrary to the features you listed with Sweetdate theme. I really need paypal to work was a second option. Stripe works on its own but not with Paypal. When you select paypal at checkout , you get the attched error message.
    We have tried all the things you advised but no success..

    Having spent another hour today to further troubleshooting the issue, the basic conclusion is that the add-on (Add PayPal Express Option at Checkout) doesn’t really support the checkout process that your theme uses without a bit of (potentially significant) recoding. The problem with the PayPal Express as an extra payment option is due to how your theme developers have modified the checkout process. I’d like to help you, but this is something they’ll need to address overall on their theme.

    In essence, we have no way, within the add-on, of differentiating between when the pmpro_checkout_boxes action hook is called as part of the initial membership registration where the process doesn’t capture payment and the next time (when it does).

    We really need paypal setup as second payment options; this is crucial for our business.

    I have been having another issue with your plugin and this happened since 5months ego when I first installed Paypal express as 2nd alternative payment with Stripe running as primary payment method. Paypal is listed to be compatible with Stripe but the service doesn’t work at all. I have even spoken to PMPRO, please see their reply below:

    2- when user cancelled their payments whether via stripe or paypal, they still have premium membership level even though they cancelled the payment.

    Hi Radu,

    Managed to connect to .fr via FTP, please check http://www.eaimee.fr again. I’ve enable debugging..
    looks like other plugging are working but i am getting the following error as soon as i enable BP poke.
    The Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_get_activity_slug() in /home/eaimee/public_html/eaimee.fr/wp-content/plugins/bp-poke/bp-poke-screens.php on line 23.

    The strange thing this was all working before up until I made changes per your advice..

    Can you please help resolve this ?

    Could you please enable bodypress on eaimee.fr ?
    Also could you please look into the activities please ? As i said, we dun want people to send comment otherwise, they will not pay for the site… basically we will like to turn off activity streams…

    we do not want members to comment or broadcast messages under their profiles as it is a dating site and some members will use it as way to spam other members and also as a way to contact others without paying…

    Apologies but i was getting frustrated here as my was not getting my issues resolved and i need the issue fixed urgently.. Any i managed to resolve the membership but none of the other ones are resolved yet

    1- how do i stop members commenting on other member’s post
    2- how do i stop members viewing other members posts and also remove Comment for all membership levels( under profile, what’s new.. comment)? It is dating site and we do want members commenting or seeing what other people are doing 0- We will like to keep this private. screenshot 1 and 2
    3- we installed captcha as per your advise but it is not translating in french on the registration page-all other pages are fine.It is showing in english only. Can you advise please picture 3 and 4

    You can register yes, but you can pay or change membership level

    I managed to get the search working again but the membership level page is not working( see attached)

    Hi I have just tried to follow your advice as per your instruction in point 3.
    I have managed to change the profile field but the search result is gone to “no search found” again – all fields required are selected but no results. The membership level page doesn’t display neither

    Thanks for your answer.
    1 – This was related to when you use the mix form and try to edit the registration form – you can’t do this at sweet date- body press but you have to go in the code, under registration..anyway i found it and changed it..

    4- They were selected but still there was no result – I resolved it myself, this issue was related to the translation

    5- Ok, i will try it and let you know – I am not familiar with it so need to do some research how to use it
    I am trying to translate strings in picture 3 in my request.

    6 – also my membership level page goes blank when i click on change membership level ( to change for example from basic membership to premium membership, the page goes blank) – see attached – any idea what might be causing this please?
