Hello Laura, unfortunately It doesn’t work, I create a new user and I make a login but the counter is still “71” didn’t count this user.

Please advice

Yes Please I want it to count the total of registered memebers if it will count after first logs is okay but I want to make sure it will give me the total registered member

I would Appreciate If you take a look for this

After I make a login with any account the press on KTN in menu or any submenu for example “Agriculture KTNs” it log-out and when I am in any group and make login to go home page

Please advice if you can help

we changed the hosting company ” Bluehost ” and transfered to ” SiteGround ” It seems working fine now.

When I was contact with hosting provider “Bluehost” they said “that error usually happens with poorly coded scripts that open mysql connections but don't close them – you can only ever have 15 open connections with the db.”

what should I do? Is there anything else can I do to define this problem.

Now I increased the php memory to 256m in wp-config.php.

Unfortunately it’s not ok, it removes the icons from the other groups aswell..
