ParticipantThanks. I want my users to just click (Continue as “Their facebook username”) and be able to register like that. I know I have done that on other sites and my FB acount is not verified.

ParticipantI see. Ok. I am confused though as although I experience this issue on my website, I am able to sign up to other sites with my facebook log in. HOw can this be?

ParticipantSo that means that any facebook log in for any website is now requiring the same thing? UNtil now I have always been able to log in to other websites with my Facebook account. I want my site to be able to do whatever others can do. If others are also now required to log in only with registered accounts then my functionality is on par with them the same way. So is that the case?

ParticipantIt is now working. howeer, it tells me I have to verify my facebook site in order to be able to log in with Facebook on my Sweetdate site.
I want it just to allow people to log in with Facebook even if they are not verified on facebook. HOw do I allow that?

ParticipantPLease disregad the previous message. I realized you are referring to the Facebook developer app which I have logged into and turned on. However I am getting an error message as in the image attached. Are you able to advise how to correct so I can get this functionality running.
It says my website domain is not good.

ParticipantDo you mean as is done in the attached image? I have that. Yet it still does not work.

ParticipantLaura I have obtained an SSL Certificate. and installed that plugin as well. It shows in my active list of plugins.
However, I still get a message that I can not sign up with facebook. See the snap shot. IS this something you an help me with?

ParticipantOK thank you. I will check into this after my site is functioning the way it is supposed to. On a previous help ticket I have noted that my users are not able to sign up correctly and that a flaw in the activation process exists. I have not hired anyone to work on the site nor have I adjusted anything related to user sign up. I would like that function to work correctly as it is supposed to on purchase and then I can follow up with the additions I want to make. Thank you for your help.

ParticipantVice versa I just test performed the same search as though I was a cleaning aide, searching for someone in need of cleaning services and it didn’t bring up the corect results. It brought up other cleaning workers instead.
PLease see the attached

ParticipantOk I am not sure I fully understand. I just logged in and performed the search as “A homeowner needing cleaning service” looking for “a cleaning helper”
And the site matched me up with other people who were ALSO looking for cleaning help. Where what we want is that the site should help connect those performing the cleaning service with those needing it.
How do I get my algorythm to do this correctly?

ParticipantSo is it currently working? I still see the members even when I am not logged in when I visit the site from incognito code and remain not logged in .
maid4lakewood
ParticipantI see. do these fields get factored in now when members will search for one another?
