Hi guys ….. wow it seems to be getting worse.

Today I spoke to my hosting company (Bluehost) who told me that my problem seemed to be with a plugin conflict.

They deactiviated all my plugins but now when I try to reinstall plugin this message is what I get:
An error occurred while installing Visual Composer: Could not create directory. /home7/hellosex/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/.

Any ideas what I should do ?

At the moment I do not understand this debug function ….. and will look at it in the morning.

My plugins are up to date …… although I have this error message with WP Statistics plug in.

ERROR: WP Statistics has detected an unsupported version of PHP, WP Statistics will not function without PHP Version 5.3.0 or higher! Your current PHP version is 5.2.17.

Can anybody tell me what this means?

Hi, thank you for sticking with me on this!

I have made the change and it works fine 🙂

Sadly we are not finished yet …… If we look at a page like:

On the right hand side bar you will see the “Login”

The “Register” link works fine .. that links to the correct page.

But if you click the login box you go to “wp-login.php” on this if you click “Register” it goes to the
Kleo register page and not to my membership page.

As I write this I feel that I should just copy what I have already done before with the above.

Is that correct … Or should I do something else ?

I have found the File System (learning each day).

But before I continue I just want to confirm a few things:

You say that I should copy and paste the section – I presume you mean the whole script – then make the change as
you have already told me (I fully understand that part) and paste it into the Kleo Child Theme (I am not sure how to do this yet).

If that is correct than great . but why can I not edit it directly in the main theme.

Would that do any harm?

How do I find the Kleo / page-parts / general popups /

I have looked at the Theme via my Dashboard but that does not show anything.

ok … I have been reading through the support forums this weekend and I am a little bit wiser.

If I understand I have two “register pages” – one created via Buddypress and one via Paid Pro Membership.

Now following the links via the menu you will follow the path that I have created with Paid Pro.

Follow the path on the popout box “create an account” you go via the Buddypress route.

So I need to do one of the following (bearing in mind I have’nt a clue how to do either)

Redirect the “create account” link to go directly to my Paid Pro register page (this would be great)

or

Add the paid membership details onto the buddypress created register page (which looks impossible).

I was happy the other day when I discovered I had my first memebers …… but this quickly vanished once I realised they had all joined and not paid 🙁

Please help me sort out this problem

Hi hakened … I really like what you have done with the theme … it looks great.

I got a bit confused with the icon for the Indian currency …. maybe its possible later to display the price in Indian currency, US dollar and the Euro.

Just a thought …. but otherwise it looks super.

So I am now going to play with the footer and hopefully get it to look the way I want.

I did not like your suggestion because the menu would still overlap if it was transparent or not.

What I realise was by putting the breadcrumb menu on this would push the sidebar down and make it correct.

But now the breadcrumb menu is on top of the main menu .. how can I change it ?

Can you recommend a plugin that will allow me to copy a page so that if I am happy
with a page I have created I can just copy it and not have to redo the whole thing again.

I know of duplicate-post but I don’t know if that is compatiable with you.

Hi you can close this topic.

I managed to do what I wante in a very strange way.

I opened on a new page a template that had three images on it in a row. Then I deleted all the extra items and edited the photos and text how I wanted it. Then I saved it as a template and inserted it into the home page.

I thought WordPress was meant to be easy 🙂

Please close this thread – but I know I am going to struggle when I try to sort out the membership section …. so I will be back !

Just one quick thing .. but no rush as I am stop working for now.

When I import that agency demo page back … is there a way to stop it taking over the website.

What I mean by that is last time it became the front page and I had to go back into menus and redo the front page.

Otherwise the theme is fine.

PS

Sorry one more thing …. I am used to working with HTML directly and all my other websites are in HTML5 … in WordPress can you edit the HTML somehow … or does that conflict with the theme?

I have made the changes and changed it to Pages, but now it looks a mess.

Can we approach this a different direction:

What I am trying to do is have four images in a row with heading and text below that will all link to other pages.
I want to introduce some simple animation to the images as they appear (like the one in the agency demo page).

Ok … I did actually delete that post page earlier … so that would explain why it vanished.

So now on the page I have two twst post signs. I will delete one now.

Are you saying that to edit this I must do it via Post Page.
