Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those
Yes.
Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those
Yes.
Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those
Yes.
If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.
I do not have buddypress or bbpress installed.
If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

I have gone to the admin page where you create Paid Membership Pro levels,
and the description area of the Paid Membership Pro levels is left blank.
However, if you go to the Paid Membership Pro levels page, there are a number of default inclusions listed as dot points (see attached).
How do you edit these? where specifically do you edit these?
It displays the levels in the wrong order.
It will not allow me to change the order of the levels.
e.g.
At the moment displays:
$900 per month. $20 per month. $0 per month.
I want to display as
$0 per month. $20 per month. $900 per month.

Yes I understand KLEO comes with Free version of Paid Membership Pro. But, the plug in still seems to require a license key?
Does KLEO send me a license key for my Paid Membership Pro account?
also, on the Paid Membership Pro account, I cannot seem to access any of the support items? it keeps asking me to upgrade.
I have emailed the GEoDirectory team about this issue. They are going to reinstall all of the plug ins tomorrow, and find out what has happened. This appears to be a common issue for GeoDirectory. I am going to mark this ticket as resolved.
