In my case the issue was caused by paid membership pro – I had this plugin activated but not set up or used.
Simply deactivating the plug in resolved the issue.

Sorry for the delay in replying – I was waiting to hear from the host.
The server was running 5+ but has been upgraded to use the latest version of PHP.

I checked and it did not resolve the issue.

I will just add – actually it is when a user tries to log in – they end up on this blank screen with a zero
