After I updated my theme this stopped working…I think there’s an issue with your source code. I had to re-upload this.
Hi,
This is giving me bugs too (see attachment 1). One is in the row still, but falls to the left. The other two boxes (below and to the left), are below the row I put them in…You can see how it looks on the page itself with attachment 2. I’m not sure why this is happening.
I tried this…didn’t work. Please advise.
If this doesn’t work by the end of this week, I’m going to swap out this theme for another one and rate this theme poorly.
I thought this plugin was automatically installed with the theme? My apologies if it was not.
In the image carousel settings it gives you to add “on click” urls…as you can see in attachment 1 I added two URLs. However, if you go to http://www.randomstudentdrugtesting.com/home-2 and click on the slides, it does not work. The first (Synthetic Urine Guide) slide should go to http://www.randomstudentdrugtesting.com/synthetic-urine-guide/, the second (Scholarship) slide should go to http://www.randomstudentdrugtesting.com/scholarship/ respectively.\
Sorry for my frustration. I’ve been trying to fix these problems for about a month now and I don’t understand why I’ve had to spend this much time on this. They seem like they should be pretty basic functions. I’m not doing anything crazy or customized…Also, did you see my response in the “Add overlay over background image.” thread? Thanks.
Maybe the keymaster should look at this one too cause it’s very basic and I can’t be believe it isn’t working…

…I’m not sure if this is related to the other issue, but I’m not sure why it isn’t working. I’ve disabled all of the plugins and it still doesn’t work. I found out the plugin prohibiting visual composer was Easy Tables (vc), but that’s disabled too.

Also, I’ve sent the login credentials for our site in past posts in this thread to Radu…Please use that in order to log into the backend of our site.
This is just one problem (photo attachment 1). On the sides you can still see the normal photo…I’d like to add an overlay on that image.
Now, MAIN issue resides in the text NOT saving on this page. If you go into the backend of my page (http://www.randomstudentdrugtesting.com/home-2/), you can see text boxes below the slider (attachment 4). There are even text boxes in each of these boxes (photo attachment 2). This is the text supposed to be in it (photo attachment 3).
“You’re shortcode are not running right now maybe you do some debugging let me know when i can see live example” Sorry…I think maybe you mean the plugin wasn’t enabled. I reenabled the. The one that was messing up the visual composer plugins was the Easy Tables (vc) plugin. It should be at the “live example” state right now then.
Could you please fix this then let me know when it’s fixed? This has taken about a month to fix. That’s ridiculous. This theme is pretty terrible if it can’t do it’s basic functionality and my review will reflect this.
I went back to a earlier version and restored it…The text came back, but I realized it goes away when I click “Equal Height.”
I disabled every plugin but those two and it still isn’t working…really, this has taken way to long. On top of it, why am I even having to deal with this? These are basic functions that should just work! Please help me.
I know that. I did that and I can save now, but it deletes all the text. “Strange because all that texts and settings are saved into database, try to revert an old revision of that page…” sorry but that doesn’t help my case at all…no text is showing up.
This still isn’t working now. When I try to add the URLS for the “on click”. I’m adding:

Deactivating all the plugins but those two works to save it, but I’m still having issues…
Also, I never got how to add an overlay over the background image…which was why I first posted here.
why isn’t it like that anymore?? I updated the theme so I think that’s why, but wasn’t this the child theme??
I disabled those plugins…Now no text is saving and everything that was written was deleted….why is this happening?? Sorry, I’ve been working on this for a month!!!
doesn’t work. is it working for you? can you just test this page out until it works? I’ve spent a lot of time on something that should work. I bought this theme so I didn’t have to deal with wasting time. We’ve wasted 2 weeks. Sorry, I hope you understand…
