I am have same problem.
total shows, members online shows but men and women online do not counts.

hi Laura, I pasted the code but it was displaying at the header and sidebars of my website and not at the footer.

oh! thanks a lot Laura. It worked.
Now;
1. I want to edit the copyright and also add my own text but I can not find where to do that.
2. I am trying to use left and right sidebars on Buddypress pages. I have set it but the left one shows and nothing shows at the right side. I selected “extra-for 3 columns page”. How do I set the sidebar to customise what shows at the right and left?
