Hi Radu,

I do not want to eliminate the animations, I like them and that’s why I chose to use those elements. I shouldn’t have to disable animations so the elements actually show on the page. Any other solution?
Besides, after I did that, the articles started showing but not the hover boxes. So this is not a complete solution.

As far as the bug in the Theme, I am still waiting for the update. I cannot make changes to the code, especially that the hosting company doesnt give me access to FTP for security reasons.

Looking forward to final resolution to these two issues.

Also, I tried to replace the vc_row.php file as you suggested and got an error:

Hi Radu!

I believe issues #1 and #2 are similar and connected. It looks like these animated elements are not always showing and not in all browsers (for example Chrome and on mobile). This happens with the hover boxes, the Posts News focus, articles and shop products – instead of the elements showing as you scroll down, they either do not show at all (hover box, articles) or only first row of shop products show and nothing else when you scroll down.
Could you please look into this, it is very important that all the elements are showing on the website? I have not done speed optimizations or anything else you mentioned.
Where am I supposed to paste the snippet you provided?

#3. I do not want to mess up with the theme code. Since this is a theme bug, could you send an update as soon as possible or update it for me?

#4. If I delete rtMedia plugin, isn’t it going to interfere with some of the features? There must have been a reason to be included in the theme demo?

Please use the login quickly and hopefully fix the issues asap. For some reason Admin accounts show up in the members directory automatically, so I will have to disable it as soon as possible.
Here is a summary of the issues:

1. It is very urgent that the elements (hover boxes and Kleo News Focus) on the home page are showing as they should – this needs to be fixed ASAP. https://wholistichub.com

2. The articles not showing as an animated grid, so I had to change it to standard. https://wholistichub.com/articles/

3. Another important issue is pages such as “Write for Us” that have multiple images in between the text and had the enable dark gradient option, caused the entire page to darken, even after I unchecked that option. I want the dark layer on top of the image so the white text is visible but do not want the dark layer on top of the white background with text.

Hi, the issue is not only with the articles, but also with the products under Shop. They are either not showing at all or only one or two of them are showing. Please address this ASAP.

Now I understand. However, after following your instructions, the link still opens 404 page.This is becoming a pain.

I will also need links to edit the members profile, submit an article and more. Isnt there an easier way? How are the links created in the menu?

It looks like to text in the hover boxes changes the color randomly. I just tested on my phone and in the first box’s text was blue and the in the second was white. That is strange.

Also, could you please check on the color of the footer? How can I change the color? Where is the black color set from that I can change?

It looks like the top menu bar is not showing in Epic browser, it is not because of logged in/out.I am using different browsers to test the website…

I do not have any plugins that restrict menu visibility, I have not installed the one you previously suggested yet. Also, I checked and it is not disabled on the home page from the page settings. What else could it be?

As far as the Footer, I know how I can change the text. How can I change the color? As I said, it doesn’t work from theme settings, as I have set it there to a different color not black. But your original theme comes with a black footer. Where is the black color set from that I can change?

The hover boxes text is set to white. However, to non-logged in users the text appears blue and to logged in users is white. How could that be?

How can I change the color of the Footer that says “© 2018 by Wholistic Hub? All rights reserved.”? I have changed the color of the footer from the theme options, but it doesn’t change on the page, it stays black no matter what.

Also, I had set the text in the hover boxes to white in first place. Do you know why the text is showing sometimes blue, sometimes white? I am afraid that when I add the shaded box when the text shows blue, it won’t be visible.

Regarding 2. I am using a Post grid, not media grid. Since it is pulling from the posts, why wouldn’t it link to them? I do not understand the reason for having a post grid that doesn’t link to the actual posts.

As far as the top menu, do you know why it is showing on the site only to logged in users and not otherwise?
