I have updated your theme. But now, there is no facebook button in register modal box nor in register page http://www.penpalwoo.com/register

Only in login modal page, it shows facebook button.

Note: I have enabled facebook from settings.
I have tested it via firefox.

one last thing..

The search funtion is not working. If you go and search http://www.penpalwoo.com/members/ , it ‘Sorry, no members were found.’

Note: I have changed the profile field and so was having issue in online status. But as you have told, I have solved it. Now it correctly shows online man and woman. But having issue in search. Please help..

Hi there,
Do I need to buy the slider from codecanyon separately? I guess, it is included with the theme, right? or what?

I didn’t find any slider option. Only in the homepage settings, there is slider enable option. When I enabled it, it shows ‘select slider’ option but no slider is shown or available to select.

Note: I have just uploaded the latest version of your theme. Now what or how I can add the slider? I am not sure, but I guess, I didn’t find any slider files..

it will be great to have membership option with limited backend access. For example, paid members can access and see only some tab or menus from customized backend admin area and something such.. I think, paypal express, payza (alertpay) and specially 2checkout will be good for payment.. These three will cover overall all solutions for payments..
Also, simple affiliate integration like amember will be great..

hi there,
I just checked rtmedia.. It is not working in your new version after giving option to hide buddypress album tab… In profile tab http://www.penpalwoo.com/members/SysMaster/media/ it shows 404.
But in previous version of the theme, rtmedia was working great; just the issue was to remove or hide default album tab.. Now it is possible, but the media tab of rtmedia is showing 404. May be something is conflicting with your new option or something else.

Please let me know what to do..

hi there,
It will be really great if you give some effects on forget password section. When I put my email and click ‘send my details’ button (login form of pop-up lightbox), it don’t create anything or it seems that it is not working. But I actually got the email.
What I am saying is that, when someone request for forgot password, it should say ‘request received’, ‘details has been sent’ or something such so that s/he can be sure s/he has successfully submitted the request.

suggestion:
Also, in new version, just reminding that, please do the sorting of search form fields of front-page as ‘I am..’, ‘Looking for..’ and then the ‘Age’ field… Because “age’ as first field is not good. And it will be more better if you can give the choice to arrange the fields of search form of the front-page; because different person has different needs.

I guess, you haven’t updated the v1.4 yet, right? Is it going to take more long time or fewer?

And, the issue of “9.” has been solved. Now I don’t see any white pop-up box.

And last thing, can you say me how I can hide the album tab from buddypress profile page? I tried by css user-album – display – none.. But I guess, you use any different code or something? Please tell me how I can hide a tab and/or which file to edit?

Can you please make the main navigation position from right instead of centered. I mean, if there is only 3 or 4 menu, it centered in the page.. And please tell me once you give the update.. And after update, do I have to upload the parent theme or child them or both?

I have just checked.. Buddypress Giftbar has been updated recently and the link you gave is the same plugin. I believe, there is no other plugin that called ‘Giftbar’ in wordpress plugin directory..
And about gift rebirth, yes, it has not been update for more than a year..

And about BadgeOs and myCred, you just took my words.. 🙂 I mean, I was and am planning to use the combination of BadgeOs, myCred and some other plugin from WPMUDEV.. Specially their activity plugin and such..
Hey, do you have any idea or can suggest any upload plugin which is compatible with sweetdate? It will be great if there’s some third party source or option from where to upload (get) the image or file instead of just from desktop..

Hey, a small suggestion for this support forum, please let people redirected to the page from where they login instead of redirecting them to homepage.. I click the link of any new comments from my email and when I login, it takes me to homepage and have to find the page..

ow..! it is really strange.. I have just done some research.. I believe, you are using windows 8, right? My is win 7.
My IE10 version is:
Version: 10.0.9200.16521;
Update Versions: RTM (KB2718695);
Product ID: 00150-2….+
Release Date: 26 February..

Yours is different and I found the release date June 13.. It is cumulative security update for Internet Explorer.. But this should not be any reason for any issues. There must be some reason that in my version, the site is looking wired http://db.tt/OntKDz6s as I told you already. However.. I will try to find out some facts and will let you know.. Little or partially older version must not be the reason.. Okay… let me check again..

And, please try to sort out the remaining issues..

as you told it is okay in IE10, did you check the member and blog section (not just the homepage)?
If the pages with sidebar is really working perfectly in IE10, can you (and others) please check http://www.penpalwoo.com/members/SysMaster/ from Internet Explorer 10 and also my given screenshot; you will understand what is the actual issue..

Feature requests..
Do you support BadgeOs and Buddypress Giftbar or Buddypress Gifts Rebirth and Buddypress Media plugin or at least one? It will be great advantage if you support these… Please do..

Another Suggestion:
Hey, I guess you can check google+ chatbar (was meebo chatbar) for chat option and inkfilepicker.com to make upload function more enjoyable…
Also, in payment function, don’t use anything that use only paypal and paypal credit card, because it don’t support all country.. Keep any alternative like standalone credit card and/or other third party options..
