ParticipantHi Radu,
Thanks, the new code solves the issue now. Will it be included in the next release?
P.S: Yes it’s normal the French site didn’t have the issue, because I removed the items in the menu that had # as it was breaking most of the Javascript on the site. I will now put them back.

ParticipantHi Radu,
The theme is already in the latest version.
My menu item doesn’t contain http, it only has/en/about-us/#who-we-areCheers,

ParticipantHi Radu,
Thanks, it works perfectly.
Is this a bug you’ll fix in a future release or do I need to keep this in my child theme for ever?Cheers,
Marcarbolife
ParticipantHi Radu,
No I didn’t add it. You can try yourself on our site and click view all results.

ParticipantThanks, it would be useful to have the code I notice that it is gone and then have to request the code.

ParticipantHi Radu,
I tried to put this code as it is in my functions.php file and it generates an HTTP error 500.
COPY CODE<img src=” if ( ! function_exists( ‘kleo_fb_bp_show_avatar_url’ ) ) { function kleo_fb_bp_show_avatar_url($gravatar, $params) { //if we have an avatar uploaded and is not Gravatar return it if (strpos($gravatar, home_url()) !== false && strpos($gravatar, ‘gravatar’) === false) { return $gravatar; } return $gravatar; } }”>Cheers,

ParticipantThanks Radu, it works fine now.
Will you create the snippet now or does it need to be coded differently so the snippet can function ? I’d like to avoid having to open a new support ticket by the next update.

ParticipantHi Radu,
Sure, I’m attaching 2 screenshots with the following URL:
– Published blog: https://www.arbolife.com/fr/blog/reflexion-sur-mon-role-dans-arbolife-depuis-mon-hamac/ where you see the picture displayed coming from the Facebook profile
– The user profile: https://www.arbolife.com/fr/communaute/membres/carine-girard/ where you can see that the user changed her BP profile picture to a different one.
The question, is why wouldn’t the BP profile picture be displayed and instead the theme would go fetch the user’s Facebook profile picture. I want to change this behaviour and am looking for the method to do that.

ParticipantHi Laura,
Thanks but this issue isn’t so much about the translation. I have WPML in place. The issue to be solved is why resetting the password works in English and not in French (I get an error message and the password is not reset).
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Kieran,
Thanks for your response. Here’s a login to my test server where the problem is still visible (I didn’t patch the kleo file according to GeoDirectory’s support. If you want to see the issue in live, just browse to any directory listing like this one for example: http://ww1.arbolife.com/fr/restaurants/switzerland/neuchatel/engollon/terre-o-fees/
Then click on the button that says “Gérer” (for “Edit”), make a small change in the description and at the very bottom click on “Soumettre ces informations” (submit this information). Then you see a preview of the listing with your change and click on “Mettre à jour maintenant” (update now) in the right side of the header. And it brings you to a blank page instead of a confirmation page. If you patch kleo according to GeoDirectory’s ticket, the problem is fixed.
Sorry I have never worked with PHP error file, but you can probably get this yourself with the credentials below:

ParticipantHi Radu,
Yes, this fixes the problem. Can you please let me know once the plugin includes this fix and I can delete this ?

ParticipantHi Radu,
Now that you’ve seen the problem with all plugins deactivated, I’m going to go ahead and reactivate the plugins so I can keep using the test site. Let me know if this is an issue.

No problem, here is the FTP access:
sftp://login-166.hoststar.ch
SFTP Port: 5544
User: support.arbolife.com
Password: x3FATyvoT*%hF0cKeep in mind this is my test site, whatever you change I’ll have to replicate on the live site to make it work.

ParticipantHi Radu,
The IP was blocked only for 24 hours because it generated 10x 404 errors in 30 seconds. It has now been put on whitelist.
Maybe don’t deactivate the Cloudinary plugin, otherwise all images hosted in the cloud generate 404 errors:
COPY CODE86.127.153.187 - - [28/Apr/2017:15:56:44 +0200] "GET /wp-content/uploads/https:/res.cloudinary.com/arbolife/image/upload/v1481389384/clients/ArboLife-client-logo-graine-de-belette.png HTTP/1.1" 404 8565 - ww1.arbolife.com 86.127.153.187 - - [28/Apr/2017:15:56:45 +0200] "GET /wp-content/uploads/https:/res.cloudinary.com/arbolife/image/upload/v1481389384/clients/ArboLife-client-logo-zero-waste-switzerland.png HTTP/1.1" 404 8567 - ww1.arbolife.com 86.127.153.187 - - [28/Apr/2017:15:56:45 +0200] "GET /wp-content/uploads/https:/res.cloudinary.com/arbolife/image/upload/v1481389384/clients/ArboLife-client-logo-oka.png HTTP/1.1" 404 8555 - ww1.arbolife.comYou can continue troubleshooting now. I had already tried disabling all plugins, it’s really only connected to WPML.

ParticipantHi,
Any news ? The site is online and has no issues, if you can’t access it then it must be your IP. Please send it to me.

ParticipantHi Radu,
what’s your IP ? Our ISP has a pretty fast block to unusual activity. I’ll get it cleared.Cheers,
Marcarbolife
ParticipantHi Radu,
I checked the language of the image, their in both languages so that’s not the problem.
Here’s the access to our test site, so don’t worry about breaking stuff. Once we find the solution, I’ll have to replicate on the live site.

ParticipantHi,
I don’t know what it is, but I tried the same thing you did and it doesn’t work for me. Maybe you don’t have WPML Media plugin running.
Here’s a link to my video: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jabitxidrc7yz68/kleo-wpml-testimonials.mov?dl=0

ParticipantHi Radu,
OK, I re-uploaded the images -> same issue.
Enabled debugging mode -> nothing relevant.
Disabled all plugins -> it worked again. The incompatibility is with WPML, as soon as you activate WPML the images of testimonials turn into the double quotes. Can you please look into this as Kleo claims to be WPML compatible ?
Cheers,
Marcarbolife
ParticipantHi Radu,
I hadn’t rolled out 4.2.1 to my live site yet, so your testing it didn’t prove much 🙂
I confirm it doesn’t work in the release 4.2.1 and 4.2.1.1, even with overwriting the files from a fresh download.
I looked into this to prove why it wasn’t working and found that there’s a line with
kleoPage.lostPassMagnific();is misplaced in app.js.It has to be moved from line 2471 to line 2438, and then it works. This is how you had it in the app.js code you sent me on April 4th.
Can you please confirm this will be fixed in the next theme update so the changes on my side won’t be erased again ?
Cheers,
Marcarbolife
ParticipantHi Radu,
I updated to 4.2.1 and the fix isn’t in the new release. Can you please provide the file content for 4.2.1 ?
Cheers,
Marcarbolife
ParticipantHi Radu,
Sorry, but it actually doesn’t work, that’s why I have this ticket still open.
How to reproduce:
1. Go to https://www.arbolife.com/en/
2. Click on the arrow next to the flag in the menu
3. try to login with fake credential from the kleo ajax pop-up
4. on the error message that gets loaded ( ERROR: Invalid username. Lost your password? ), click on “Lost your password link” that points to<a href="#kleo-lostpass-modal">.
5. Nothing happens, the ajax doesn’t switch
6. The same link below works fine. How can I get the error message link to trigger the js script that will switch the form ?
Thanks,
Marc -
