ParticipantThank you @Catalin
What i ment, was in which files it originated from, app.css or another css file.
Boblebad
ParticipantThank you very much @Catalin 🙂
In which css files is the css located ?
For the readers of this thread, here’s the code to do the trick:
———-
body.activity.bp-user #item-body .activity li.activity-item .activity-content
{
border:1px solid #8e0769;
}div.activity-comments div.acomment-avatar img
{
margin-left: -5px !important;
}.activity-list .activity-content:before
{
border-right-color: #8e0769;
left: -35px;
}.activity #activity-stream li ul li
{
margin-bottom: 15px;
background: #f7f7f7;
padding: 10px;
border-radius: 4px;
border: 1px solid #8e0769;
}
———-Remember to change the color to your own choice.

ParticipantThanks again @Catalin
That look very much like it 🙂
But something has happened with the replies, background is now gone, and also no border there ?
Boblebad
ParticipantFor others wanting to try this, this is the css for it:
——-
body.activity.bp-user #item-body .activity li.activity-item
{
border:1px solid #8e0769;
padding:10px;
margin-bottom: 10px;
}

ParticipantThanks @Catalin
That could be a way to do it too, i’ll remember that, but what i was looking for, was to put the border around the white background where the text is ?
Boblebad
ParticipantHi @Catalin
Thank you for your reply.
I have actually found that plugin and is testing it at the moment, but first hand doesn’t look like it can do much more than the other wall plugins around.
I’m looking for something that can make a main wall, where new members are shown by a post, new pictures added and new blog posts from the site.

ParticipantThank you for your reply @Catalin
Sorry, you didn’t mention that it should be one with administration rights, the user is now and administrator.
What the code you supplied did, is make a border around all the activity content, and around the replies to the posts: http://postimg.org/image/qs2rtnted/
I’m doing it through the style.css, so i’ll delete the code and put it in the quick-css so you have it where you can play with it 🙂

ParticipantSorry @Abe, it’s be course it’s marked private, registration is needed. I have removed that now.
Boblebad
ParticipantIt’s actually not a bbPress issue, it’s a PMPro issue, there’s some advanced settings under the Memberships menu: http://postimg.org/image/6trjsrd89/
“The quick fix is to set the search filter to “No” on the advanced settings page (which is probably what happened when you reinstalled).
You can also change the “show excerpts” setting to “Yes” and it will show your topics again.”
They will fix this in the next update.

ParticipantHi @Kevin
I got a reply to this a few days ago, it has something to do with the search filters, they will fix it in the next update 🙂
Here’s the thread where i asked about this “bug”: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/bbpress-topics-is-hidden?replies=12#post-5636096
I did an uninstall of PMPro, and then reinstalled it, that fixed it for me.
Boblebad
ParticipantBtw, how can i remove “Private” in front of the forums and the posts, what php do i need to edit ?
Boblebad
ParticipantMembership levels are lost when uninstalling PMPro, but that doesn’t matter, i was more afraid of the interaction with the rest of Sweet Date and Buddypress, but no harm there.
But i need to figure out what went wrong, cause i can’t have this on a live site with lots of members, so if any has some idea to what in PMPro could cause this, please let me and other know ?
Boblebad
ParticipantI have figured out so far, that it is Paid Memberships Pro (PMPro) that is the bad guy, i don’t why, and especially why it’s only one the one site the problem exists ?
Both sites have bin updated at the same time to the same versions with all plugins, and WP too.
What will happen regarding members/membership/restrictions when uninstalling and reinstalling PMPro
Boblebad
ParticipantI’m not sure what you mean by complicating things, i ask about the shared functions, whether they can be used, but as i “hear” you, they can’t be course of some renaming.
Boblebad
ParticipantOne thing more, it’s not related to Buddypress either, many who has the problem does not have Buddypress installed.
Know one seams to know how they get rid of the problem, for some it just disappears again.
It’s like in i-Robet, “The ghosts in the machines” 😉
Boblebad
ParticipantI did, i removed bbPress and reinstalled it, nothing happened, still got the problem.
What do you know about bbPress and the database, there are so many user all over the world that has this problem in one way or the other, there must be a bug somewhere ?
It’s with all themes and all users.
I know of others who has with all other users than admin.
A few have talked about archives pages, but since there isn’t any of them in this theme, that can’t be the problem either.
Boblebad
ParticipantSo just to understand this right, there’s to separate login controls in action ?
Or is Buddypress the only thing controlling login when using the login on the site ?
Boblebad
ParticipantHi @Abe
It’s not a caching issue, i don’t have any plugins for that installed.
What will happen to the site, the members integration with the forums when uninstalling bbPress and reinstalling it ?
Boblebad
ParticipantIs there anyone who knows anything about this ?
It’s all members, all kinds of forums incl. group forums, all groups and forums are open and public, no settings in database saying anything about anything being private or closed.
No php or css is edited.
Forums has bin reset, but that didn’t help.
Boblebad
ParticipantOkay, but when using KLEO framework functions, isn’t they the same, or are some of them altered to fit Sweet Date ?
Boblebad
ParticipantThanks for your reply @Abe 🙂
Do you know of any plugin that can do this in the meantime ?
Boblebad
ParticipantThat’s sounds great @Abe 🙂
It’s a bit confusing, is there anything that can be used directly from the KLEO theme and support threads in Sweet Date ?
Boblebad
ParticipantHmm, couldn’t that be changed so that the members can save the search for later use ?
May 14, 2014 at 20:54 in reply to: Show new members in search without them having to login errors ? #17907Boblebad
ParticipantThanks @Abe 🙂
Works very nice 🙂
Boblebad
ParticipantOhh, yes can see that the function in KLEO is different from Sweet Date.
Can’t you highlight the path in different colors to show e.g. green when viewing KLEO, pink when viewing Sweet Date posts/threads, or any other different color ?
Why, cause it’s confusing when KLEO is the backbone of Sweet Date, then it’s hard to figure out what is what and what is functioning in the same way, and what can be used “cross-platform” like.
EDIT: Even better, limit the search, i don’t understand when i’m in the Sweet Date forum, then search returns result from the whole support forum.
Boblebad
ParticipantAnd the message to change avatar should only be activated when hovering over the avatar, not when just mousing over the whole profile section, it’s a little annoying.
