ParticipantBoy, oh, boy; symbolic notation and custom logic are a little daunting to me @sharmstr – I get that we can do something like:
! is_user_logged_in()
To hide a menu from someone who’s not logged in, but for the life of me I can’t understand how to make a specific menu appear just on buddypress pages! Help! 🙂

ParticipantYeah, I get the same thing – the line height preview shows up just fine, but the on-page text doesn’t reflect the change. We ARE using WPEngine, which has a CDN cache which only updates every 24 hours, so we’ll flush that and see what happens.

ParticipantThanks for your response on this; that seems like a lot of effort, we’ll probably just fake it 😉

ParticipantWe definitely did not update Kleo-child, just Kleo – and we did it with the themeforest API key method.
However, the theme developer who put Kleo-child together probably included *everything* from Kleo, because he’s an idiot.
So, @sharmstr – you’re saying we should remove plugins.min.css from the Kleo-child theme, correct?
broadsword
ParticipantSorry, we just did a full theme update, so not sure why we’d be missing wp-content/themes/kleo-child/assets/css/plugins.min.css – where can we find that?
broadsword
ParticipantThey also said this:
“Okay, This is one of the files that is missing:
wp-content/themes/kleo-child/assets/css/plugins.min.css”
We just a full
broadsword
ParticipantOk, we cleared the cache and the CDN and here’s what WP-Engine said once we did that, @sharmstr
“Hmm, so even with the CDN completely cleared, it doesn’t appear to be helping. Also, when I check the server itself, this is due to the files missing completely. So this doesn’t appear to be a CDN issue, but rather the files actually not existing.”

ParticipantHi Laura,
You should be able to see see that page here:

ParticipantGot it; thanks for the CSS, much appreciated.

ParticipantI’m having the exact same issue; we’ve updated the theme to 1.6.2 and have the latest versions of composer and k-elements. We’re seeing the same thing as gm713, the initial image loads but as soon as you start scrolling it vanishes.

ParticipantHi @Catalin – do you have a link to the list of ‘not recommended’ plugins please?
broadsword
Participant@Catalin – Ok, we disabled the Revolution Slider plugin. The submit buttons still aren’t showing to update the activity stream, either the main on or the one in groups.

Participant@Catalin – I’m sorry, I don’t understand. These are files that should be included in the Kleo theme (per your path above)? Where do I find those files in order to add them in?
Best,
Dave

Participant@Catalin – they’re both 404. “Not found”.
broadsword
ParticipantOk, will do. Forgot to add our username and api key in, so that’s done now, automatic update to the latest version is now available.
broadsword
ParticipantOk, cool Abe – thanks – one last question; where can we set the background color of that titlebar?
June 11, 2014 at 03:32 in reply to: I'd like to add a background to a single boxed width page #19662broadsword
ParticipantNevermind, solved this with Visual Composer.
broadsword
ParticipantI’m encountering this problem as well; we’ve downloaded js_composer.zip, but Visual Composer is still asking us for a license key.
broadsword
ParticipantOh, and btw, our question is about how to disable it globally, not just on one specific page.
broadsword
ParticipantNevermind. I just realized the shortcodes are for sites running PMPRO. We’re Wishlist Member, so they won’t work and we need to get a pricing tables plugin.
March 6, 2014 at 07:27 in reply to: So, we plugged in the home page sample code…and it's not workin' #12084broadsword
ParticipantAch – nevermind – your data got corrupted on import. Not a big deal to to work with the visual composer to fix it.
broadsword
ParticipantJust plugged that in to our theme, and stuff like this
https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1aFLuHgATQBU0U3RlVGdxV9m4ZRYC1btTcUeyC2vVbnU/edit?usp=sharing
is happening on page – the code is displaying, not what the code is calling. In the example above, that’s a screen shot from the actual live page.
broadsword
ParticipantOh, and another question – is there updated CSS we need to add in to the site? Half the elements in your home page code sample are not styling correctly, or really at all…
broadsword
ParticipantCool, thanks. Where will you be posting the updated code today for the Default home? On Dropbox again? Or, is what’s in Dropbox now the same code you will be releasing?
