Also related to not being able to update Kleo from 2.4.3 to the most current… I can’t activate or deactivate plugins. Nothing is taking effect. Please help. The Visual Composer also isn’t accessible.

there is white space below the header and the contact form 7 doesn’t work – you can’t input text. Can you check it.
never mind about nav bar i just had to reset to primary… but still need help with update errors. Thx.

Hi guys – spoke with the VC author and they said that in order for me to open a ticket on this slow loading time I need to go through Kleo since I did’t directly purchase the plugin and it was packaged in the theme. Can you guys open a ticket with them and include me somehow… this was direct response from them – WP Bakery

no. I am explaining that the bar shows up on mobile even though I am not a logged in user. I haven’t tried the plugin. I am just trying to figure out why it is there in the first place.
so on my iPhone I am not logged in to the account when i am viewing the site… so why is the bar there?
Thanks for the reply but you must have heard this before. You guys put together a GREAT theme and chose to incorporate VC so you must have some idea of what could be causing this. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

PS – also need to make nav menu bold. I tried to change it’s size from 12 to 15 in theme options but it didn’t seem to change.
made the change – define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’128M’);
then tried to activate rtmedia plugin and got this response
