Thank you for your response.
When should I hear from the next support representative?
chrisbehnkeParticipantIn the first post I stated: “I have tried turning off all plugins, issue persists.”
There is no plugin conflict. When I switch back to the default wordpress Twenty-Fifteen theme the reset password emails get sent meaning the server is configured properly to send emails. The email gets sent regardless of the plugins active.
With those pieces of information the only thing it could be is the theme.
So with all plugins off and only the sweetdate theme active there is nothing to get in the way.
Unless you are saying that the theme by itself can’t use the wordpress email function and I have to configure a specific one for it.
chrisbehnkeParticipantOk great. I used the main sidebar and it works. How can I use different sidebars?
chrisbehnkeParticipantThank you for the help. However, this suggested solution did not work. I added the file in the child theme. I added the sidebar via the UI and followed the specific naming convention. I am trying to get this sidebar to display on our blog page.
Screenshots are attached.
Hope to hear from you soon.Attachments:

chrisbehnkeParticipantHmm.. I have tried everything and it still seems to be happening on our site…
