ParticipantWe ran into an issue with the dev site we created and were forced to burn it.
The site you will be working on will be: fit2b.us

ParticipantThank you for your response.
When should I hear from the next support representative?

ParticipantIn the first post I stated: “I have tried turning off all plugins, issue persists.”
There is no plugin conflict. When I switch back to the default wordpress Twenty-Fifteen theme the reset password emails get sent meaning the server is configured properly to send emails. The email gets sent regardless of the plugins active.
With those pieces of information the only thing it could be is the theme.
So with all plugins off and only the sweetdate theme active there is nothing to get in the way.
Unless you are saying that the theme by itself can’t use the wordpress email function and I have to configure a specific one for it.

ParticipantOk great. I used the main sidebar and it works. How can I use different sidebars?
chrisbehnke
ParticipantI can definitely provide that. I am also working on this issue in a different topic –https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/sidebar-not-showing#post-73435 should we consolidate one of these?

ParticipantThank you for the help. However, this suggested solution did not work. I added the file in the child theme. I added the sidebar via the UI and followed the specific naming convention. I am trying to get this sidebar to display on our blog page.
Screenshots are attached.
Hope to hear from you soon.chrisbehnke
ParticipantI have the sidebar set and it still wont work. :/
SweetDate>Layout settings> Default sidebar => set to right(screenshot)

ParticipantI am having this same issue with my posts page (DOMAIN.us/blog/). What am I doing wrong? It worked for a long time and now it doesn’t.
chrisbehnke
ParticipantYes, I believe I have the most recent version, as I have just downloaded from theme forrest and re-installed the theme, and I’m having the same “invalid” key issue..
thx

ParticipantHmm.. I have tried everything and it still seems to be happening on our site…
