Hi again,
Your theme is very nice, but your support can be a lot better. I had another problem, asked support and you fixed the bug that I reported in 2 months! Now I reported a bug that was previously reported by other users and it’s been 2 and a half weeks since I opened the ticket. Needless to say that no positive answer was received until now. Do you plan on providing support or should we change to a more serious theme developer, that knows how to properly fix his own bugs?
dolphspeed99ParticipantI selected the mobile menu from the theme options as I want this to be a global setting rather then to appear on selected pages.

June 29, 2015 at 18:52 in reply to: Ajax search results are different then regular search results #65543dolphspeed99ParticipantIt seems to work just fine now, thank you. Will this fix be included in the next theme update?

dolphspeed99ParticipantIt’s been 1 month since your last reply …. I think it’s unacceptable to leave a reported bug, that really messes up the website, broken for so long. Any news for the next update?
dolphspeed99ParticipantActually, the site is now live, that address was just for developing purposes. The site is here: http://www.machomen.ro, so you can test the load time.
I never tried zencache, I will give it a try, thanks.dolphspeed99ParticipantMy database was optimized, I always keep it optimized. With W3TC I tried different settings, and started first with the setting for BuddyPress, that caches objects instead of database. For me the problem is somehow solved because Kleo is fast out of the box. But I am still a bit upset because I canΘt use caching, as I have around 400 articles on my website and those should be cached.
dolphspeed99ParticipantWhat can I say … better if I explain what happened to me and what solved the problem.
1. I installed Kleo theme on a site of mine, where I was using the Divi theme. The site wasn’t updated in a long time and got quite slow sometimes. I made all the updates, switched to Kleo theme and the load times increased. I tried different things, different caching settings, and so on, nothing worked.
2. I made a fresh install of Kleo and everything was fine until I imported my old database. In that moment the pages started to load very slow.
3. I made a fresh install of Kleo and only imported some tables from the database, which were really needed (posts, users and comments). Everything seemed to keep loading fast but when I activated W3TC it became slow again. I spent maybe one full day trying different caching settings, no luck, my site was still very slow. I tried the caching from WordFence, but the same, high load times. So I just disabled the caching plugin and my site loads just right, and I have now 20 plugins installed.
I hope this will help someone … I really think it’s a compatibility issue between the caching plugin and Kleo. I got this another time when using Sistina theme, it became very slow when I activated the caching plugin.dolphspeed99ParticipantI forward this to the plugin developer, but this is strange, because the 2015 theme, with the same active plugins, is working without a problem. But I will wait to see what’s the answer from the plugin developer.
Thank you!
dolphspeed99ParticipantI’m not sure if it has something to do with the fix you sent me, but I noticed another problem, that wasn’t there before the fix: I can’t comment to all updates in the group. Regular behavior is that when I click on “Comment” (Comentariu on my website, as it is in Romanian language), a small textarea displays just below and I can write my comment. On updates that already have comments I can do this, but the textarea doesn’t appear on new updates.
When I want to write a comment on a fresh update, the URL changes, and at the end of the URL something like this appears: /?ac=229/#ac-form-229
If I click on Comment to an update that already has comments, the URL is not changing.
You can see this problem here: http://www.machomen.ro/discutii/ce-suplimente-consumam
Thank you!
dolphspeed99ParticipantGreat, this is what I needed to know! Thank you very much for your on-topic answer and also for the very fast response time.
dolphspeed99ParticipantOk, I understood now. You mean my blog page had the same slug as the category base. I got it now. Thank you so much for your help, I will change the category base now π
dolphspeed99ParticipantI added the code in the functions.php and the Yoast breadcrumbs appear, but in a wrong position. They appear on top of the main title section and I need them inside the main title section, in the same position where your breadcrumbs are (text-align: right in the section.main-title). And your breadcrumbs were replaced by number “1” … how come? Please take a look at the printscreen.

Please send me the fix as soon as it’s done so that I can update the theme. Thank you.
dolphspeed99ParticipantUpdate: I went to another post and click on the “comments” tab, so that I am taken straight to the comments section (very long post). And I noticed that the theme has the exact same behavior, all I can see on the page are the comments, without the post itself. And after all the comments again I have a lot of white space. I really wait for an answer regarding this problem.
dolphspeed99ParticipantCan you please try to access some posts? It seems that posts are the slowest pages and they only have 1 small image and text. No widgets, no content loaded from other websites, etc. No matter what I do I can’t get a post to open is less then 8 seconds. Usually it takes 10 – 20 seconds but I have also peaks at 40 secs.
