It looks fine on Google Chrome but when I look at my site and your demo site they both have some bug issue on Apple Safari.

It is also happening when users are logged in. I will get 404 error pages sometimes on some menu links to pages even tho the page is active in wordpress.

I am having the same problem. I got it to show but the title that says CAPTCHA code is in the wrong place or the captcha box needs to be moved.

Im not sure how to make the menu not a white background and how to change the blue border and almost everything blue like when you hover over links and other things.
