​Ok,
thank you anyways​.Just one question as to developer, please: there is new Kleo theme update 3.9.1 but we have stopped at 3.1.3 version since we had some Visual Composer Vs. Kleo themplate clashing for several times earlier.
What is your oppinion – Is this crucial for the proper use of Kleo theme to update it to the latest version or can we just stay at 3.1.3. that don’t cause us any troubles for now?

we switched theme in order to be able to keep on working on material – if you need you can switch back to KLEO. The FTP access is

Password:_H4mVXK46O8_Everything works with Cudazi Mono, as soon as Kleo activated strange things start happening.
I don’t see any commented out code in this file… File is the same on server, and I have also compared it with most recent downloaded wordpress.org
Maybe you have checked different server?
The line 228 is completely ok: jQuery(“#TB_window”).css({‘visibility’:’visible’});
Can you provide your reference file or generate diff-partch from your file and our, so we can understand what’s wrong.

JQuery fails to load. And only when Kleo theme is active. All other themes jQuery loaded successfully.

Have you disabled all plugins except Visual Composer? – We did
Have you tried to clear your browser cache? – Yes
If you have caching on your server or a cdn in place, have you purged those? – YesVisual Composer doesn’t work properly with KLEO – that is what I’m saying since early september to SQ support – Laura, Abe, etc.
Any other questions?
I use Chrome and Windows 8 but i also tried it from Mac and Safari with same effort.
And also can you tell me please why jQuery doesn’t work in admin of KLEO and in other themes it does?

please advice us – more then for two month we have problems editing posts on our website – international multilingual news outlet http://empr.media
We use the latest version of Kleo and all the plugins from the update box but it still does not work properly.
Unfortunately 7th Queen support team also can’t help us so far to solve this issue that so much affecting our international audience and our business.
Therefore we demand: 1) technical support involvement in order to solve this problem ASAP, or 2) money back withdrawal for us to be able get new product from other developer.

we have done all the updates you’ve suggested and all the manipulations with all plugins which we don’t use that many and unfortunately it does not work.Editing does not work now on all our computers.
So what should we do now?

In this situation though, i decided to contact a developer to have you take a look, maybe the theme developer for kleo or the developer for the plugin js_composer.
Also,maybe i should try to reinstall the theme kleo with plugin js_composer (which are the ones generating the error). However, I am not certain what all will be needed after reinstalling, and im not sure does all posts pages and work done by us during the last month will be saved after such reistoling?
