I removed the theme and child theme and reinstalled but I get the same – no icons showing in the menu options

I had to remove and reinstall the themes through wordpress / I live in China and I am unable to use an ftp client to connect with my server

Sometimes it loads and sometimes I have to wait minutes, even with the plugins off
