Thanks for your help, I understand and we will try to resolve with your suggestion. We thought it was a bug for a few reasons, primarily because only after adding the row with the weather the problem popped up, but if we added extra content to that row below the weather data to increase the row height larger than the booking form it would also stop the problem from happening so we though it was some sort of bug or default class.

we tried doing the same, if you enter fields e.g. use apr 30, select any group size, and select any location the UI expands vertically to display pricing and then the issue pops up again.

Please look closely on the page below, right under the main image you’ll see the row with white background and the weather data. If you scroll down the page slowly you will see the row height shrink and if you go to the settings in the row you will see the padding is 40 top and bottom but looks like there is almost double that in the row, and then when you scroll down the row re-sizes down to what seems to be the 40 top and bottom.

There is no instructions on how to properly “build” with the front end editor, can you please let me know where I can find documentation or a tutorial on this subject? And if not then please have someone else at 7thqueen look at me question.

Hey Laura sorry for the delay, and thanks for sending the last email but it didn’t help me much in getting my questions answered about how to properly use the responsive settings.

Take a look at my new home page design http://www.nycbeachbums.com on a regular desktop to see how its supposed to look. and Then look on mobile or tablet, or just see the screenshots I attached and what they look like! It seems like wherever I add padding

Obviously I’m doing something wrong here which is why I really need to get my hands on some information on how to properly use these settings.

    Questions
    1. Why are my images being cropped and displaying blurry on mobile or ipad, aren’t they supposed to resize to display correctly?
    2. How can I choose which content I want to display in particular order on mobile and tablets? I tried to hide certain images etc… using the responsive settings but it broke the layout on the page?
    3. How does the width, inheritance, offsets, and hide selections in the responsive settings work?

    Please help

    http://nycbeachbums.com

My homepage above on mobile or ipad video will not play, what are my options? Can I use an image as a default for mobile instead? If so, what size and file type jpeg or png. The nav menu also has some issues e.g. on the land>snowboard menu the hunter/windham/camelback images have transparent background This is an ubermenu plugin so do I need to contact them direct for help with this specifically?

    http://nycbeachbums.com/hunter-mountain-ski-snowboard-day-trip/

this page main background images are blurry, so is there a specific setting and image size and file type I should use and is there a way I can set default sizes for certain devices?

Also the text was overlapping until I adjusted the line height but it still doesn’t fit exactly and cuts off the end of the text on the left and right.

Do you need access to my admin? Just let me know

    Hi,

Thanks for the replyI apologize in advance for the lack of knowledge on my part, this is my first website build.

I’m aware the theme is pre-built to be responsive but my email wasn’t just in regards to any issues specifically. I just built the site without thinking about the way it would look or function on mobile as I was thinking that because its already responsive I wouldn’t have to do any additional modifications to it but after taking a look on an Ipad and iphone I realized that It needs to be tweaked. I can tell you that my images are blurred, my text is overlapping, my nav menu is overlapping etc…

My objective is to find educational docs and info on how to properly apply settings and configurations e.g. inheriting, hiding, re-sizing text & images properly, etc… for mobile devices so that I can plan and build this part of my site correctly.

I looked through all the kleo docs, forums, visual composer etc… and was unable to find anything on how to properly use some of these options so can you or someone there recommend on where I can find this info?

    Regards
    Jacob

Jquery error was fixed but now the popover title is not displaying? I’m currently using the child theme to make all edits, could this be the problem?

I don’t believe its a plugin conflict because I have a template/test page which its working on, and another which its not.

Look at this site below, scroll down a few rows and see the video background w/parallax. This is what I’m looking to do.

would I be able to achieve this by using the visual composer plug in below?

Thanks I was able to find the parallax setting after setting background style to image but it doesn’t create the parallax effect I’m looking for.

My homepage has a full screen video in a rev slider in a row on top of the page, and what Id like to do is add a row of text, and a row with an image on the lower part of the page under the video and use the parallax effect so as you scroll down the new text row will go over the video background if that makes sense.

Please excuse my lousy explanation, I’m just a beginner.

Actually I just used the front end editor to access as per the video, but my row settings don’t have a parallax option?

Thanks, I tried your suggestion on the homepage, but despite having transparent page menu ticked, it is still solid white: http://beachbumsnyc.outpostsocialdev.com/
