I have the same issue as lehn6 – kleo update is not appearing on my wordpress dashboard. I’m not confident to update manually via ftp. I have even refreshed my API key on themeforest to be sure that was done correctly, and still no change.

Can post login credentials if that’s helpful, thanks for your support.

Hi Catalin,

As far as I can see the user in the post you linked solve the problem by changing the colour of the border to match his background colour. This won’t work for me as I use a textured background.

Please advise how I can get rid of this thick outer border.

That seems to have fixed the misalignment, however I’m now left with an overly thick border which gets cut off along the top and left edges (see pic)

I’ve installed the recommended plugin, however as far as I can see I don’t have the “Visibility” box in the menu item options form.

I’ve just updated to the latest version of the theme, any ideas why I can’t see this box?

Sorry, this still isn’t working. The contact form does not appear when the link is clicked.

I just want to make sure it’s clear that I’m trying to make this happen from within a pop-up marker on WP google maps plug-in; not sure if this changes the approach required.

Apologies, I’m a complete rookie – haven’t managed to get this working.

I’m trying to embed the link in a pop-up marker on WP google maps plug-in (see pic). I’ve pasted the code you provided into the marker, and it appears, but the formatting is weird (grey background etc.) and the link itself doesn’t work.

Any help much appreciated, thanks!

Hi all,

Strangely this seems to have resolved spontaneously overnight and I’m logging in to the admin panel with no problems at the minute. I’ll mark as resolved but I’d still be keen to know why this might have happened for future reference if anyone has any ideas.

Figured out where I’d gone wrong – I hadn’t updated k-elements plugin manually through my ftp. All seems to be sorted now that’s updated.

On a related note, if anyone knows how I can change the colour of the little bar that appears to the left of the post titles, I’d be very grateful. Mine is currently purple (#8A52AD) but I can’t see where I might change this.

Same issue here, menus all over the place on mobile, social links not appearing on iPhone or ipad in the top bar.
