Thanks for taking a look at this. I’d rather not share a link as the community is private. However, I’ve attached a screenshot here. You can see the video is sized to the content box. It looks small here, but it’s actually quite massive when the page is viewed at 100%.

This is the response from my hosting provider:
“Based on the information that you provided, I looked into the issue further and consulted with a peer here on my technical support team. It looks like the variables listed by the developer might be associated with a custom PHP module. From here, I advise asking the developer if there are any custom PHP modules that need to be installed with the plugin, and what PHP version is required.”

Hi again, I’m still trying to work through this issue. Could you kindly direct me to where I might find the code for the Kleo widget in the theme file hierarchy?
