Hello, sadly its not something we can fix as its bbpress plugin related, our theme just style how bbpress looks but we do not change how it works.

Hello, i could not access your wordpress admin dashboard, can you share a link?
What i think is that there is a plugin conflict that is in conflict with buddypress.
Try to deactivate some plugins and check if it shows, if not, try using wordpress default theme and let me know 🙂
