Hello, you will find the KLEO version of paid memberships pro at wp-content/themes/kleo/paid-memberships-pro
Just copy the original files of paid memberships pro that are listed there and at the child theme, create the folder paid-memberships-pro and place the default files there

Hello, that is wordpress admin bar, so that menu cant be edited as a normal menu. You would need the help of a developer to do that. You could add those elements to a normal menu at Appearance > Menus
