Hello, it could be a cache issue, please check to deactivate cache at Settings – general only if your server has cache, if you do not see it check if you have a cache plugin. It the change did take effect but after a few days, this means th cache was cleared and you could see the effect

Hello, this would require some editing to the loop and functions of buddypress, I suggest to hire a developer to check it out for you, it’s easier at profiles but at members loop it has to filter out the other profiles each time. It’s more than what we can do right now
