Hey Laura – thanks for your response.

How can I customize the Secondary Menu for it to work – appear under the Pr. Menu?

Right now, not able to understand the purpose of the Sec Menu – it just adds the menu items along with the Primary Menu on the same line (so I can as well add those to the Primary menu itself).

Adding 2 screenshots – one with the regular menu and the other after I enabled the secondary menu.

Can you pls help.

It’s a temporary fix, but the website is still slow and the Kleo Buttons have vanished from many places.

Thanks, Radu – I tried Get Support -> Kleo, but that has only articles and search menu. I have Qs which are not answered there. Why have you folks taken the ‘Create Topic’ or ‘+’ option which most forums have ( and you had until recently).

Another Q – I have 2 types of Forums on my site. One is a Member Forum and another a Mentor one. When I use a Kleo Post Grid, I want to show only type A and hide the B forums. What type of filter shd I use for displaying only 1 kind.

Unrelated, but where is the Add new ticket option gone?

I am not able to post a new query on the forum – on the missing logo from my log in screen. Shows the WP logo now instead.

Maybe 1 or 2 scrolls. The sidebar on the right seems to vanish and then text spans the full width w/o any margin whatsoever.
On the mobile site, there is no sidebar, of course, but the text is virtually stuck to the ends of the phone instead of the 1/4″ margin in the top part.

And both happen at exactly at the 5th activity from top.

Please see the attached images. I put in your CSS code which removed the tags from the forum for me as the administrator but my subscribers can still view the tags. How do I remove them?

Hi – after adding the above css, I don’t see the html tags in the forum where I’m the admin/ key master but they are visible to users who are subscribers or moderators.

Can you help so one has to see the unsightly code.

Yes, I know that RT Media has its own shortcodes.

However I prefer to use the Kleo Post option since that has a better look to it and because it has an rtmedia_album option in data sources. But despite repeated attempts, this option does not work (but Kleo Post element works for Posts, Pages etc.)

Alternately, I tried using an rtmedia shortcode directly in the page – [rtmedia_gallery global=”true” media_type=”album”]

This works but lists the gallery in thumbnail images – very basic. Can you help me edit this shortcake so that:

I can list the author name.
Change the display size to medium images

Thanks for the info. Is there any plug-in that does this? Not looking at blogging plugins since those are mostly for content and not a visual (picture) portfolio. (Besides, Social Articles has not been updated in 1 year and is compatible with WP 4.1.1)

Another Q:
Is there any Kleo tutorial on creating a portfolio which I can display using Tags and Elements (like a Post grid) and Templates.

I’ve already downloaded the theme update. But unable update on WP – theme install failed because the source file already exists.

I went thru your documentation on updates. However, I bought the theme from Envato so what shd I put in the tab ‘Themeforest API Key’ in the Settings Menu for an automatic update?

(I want to avoid the ftp route and touching the php file).

Hi – I was able to Activate VC yesterday once I deactivated K Elements (all along something in K Elements was hampering VC).
Per your suggestion, Abe, I then went back to the Main Files 2 folder from the download and reinstalled K Elements. Now, both are active – so we she be ok.

Yes, I installed K Elements 4.0 (both the theme just a few days ago) and now deleted and re-installed K elements, which worked out fine both times.

But am still getting the fatal error message when I click on the ‘Activate’ link for Visual Composer.

(Am new to WordPress, and the Drag and Drop feature was the main reason for buying this theme, so a little concerned about not having access to that).
