Hello,
I found out the problem was related to a php variable configuration, that was set to a number which was too small for your theme.
Thanks anyway for your support. You can close the ticket.

maxdestefanoParticipantHello,
Yes I already tried to insert a number in the proper field but I had no success.
Besides, if I try to create a new slider, I am getting a similar error regarding the Title instead of the Slider ID.
Thanks,
MaxmaxdestefanoParticipantOk, great. Then it is OK for me, I’ll set this topic to solved.
Thanks for your support.
maxdestefanoParticipantOk, understood! Thanks again for your support.
Indeed, it is just the translation file that is reporting those question marks instead of the proper translation in Italian.
The original test (English) is “Members Links” (I don’t know exactly what Paid Membership Pro intend for that). My last question now is just “how do I get the Billing information displayed in that page?”.
Thanks
MaxmaxdestefanoParticipantHello Sharmstr,
Thanks a lot for your reply, basically you solved almost all of my issues/doubts and now the “user flow” is clear.
I didn’t set anything specific before, but now that you pointed out the Theme Options > Misc section, I used this feature to redirect the user where I want.
About the membership-account page, now it’s almost OK but I just have one last small issue: I can see invoices, page and everything else, but I have question marks at the bottom of the page (please check attached screenshot) – what info am I missing?
(Yes I am using 3.0.4, that should be the latest right?)
Thanks,

Hello Guys,Thanks for the feedback. It took some time to reproduce the issue, becuase it doesn’t show servers which run PHP 5.3+. It’s tiny a thing and we fixed that and will update the plugin tomarrow.
Best, Attila
************************This means the plugin should have been updated already (the post was written 4 days ago)? Or am I wrong?
Thanks,
MaxmaxdestefanoParticipantOK, thanks. As disabling the BP Cover Photo plugin temporarily “fixes” the problem of adding members to groups from the wp-admin, I am OK with it for the moment.
However, the last info you provided may be important for the future so thanks a lot again.
Max
maxdestefanoParticipantThanks Sharmstr.
I do not fully agree with you because 7th Queen is using buddypress both as a tag to search the theme and also prepares demo content and demo pages in order to show you how this theme is beautiful and why you should by it.
About the upgrade, I may agree with you, but I still expect 7th Queen to keep the theme up to date with buddypress in a reasonable time (I don’t mean NOW, I just mean I would like them to asnwer me “we will make the new buddypress compatible with the KLEO theme in xxx days”).Since you do not work for 7th Queen I appreciate your help but I still wait for an official answer from 7th Queen then.
maxdestefanoParticipantHi Sharmstr, thanks a lot for your answer.
However, this theme is sold with buddypress integrated already, and that’s one of the main reason why I bought it.
So I believe KLEO should take over and help me on that or at least be the point of contact and intermediary for this problem between their customer and buddypress.maxdestefanoParticipantHi Abe,
This is definitely a WPLM problem on our side.
What releases are you using at the moment? I am using latest releases for everything (theme and WPLM).
Are you aware of any other compatibility problem with other plugin? Thanks,
MaxmaxdestefanoParticipantHi Catalin,
We just found out that the widget issue is caused by WPML. Proof of that is that de-activating WPML, I can see the widgets again.
Are you aware of any issue related to WPML? I thought the theme was compatible with the plugin, as stated in the presentation page:
MaxmaxdestefanoParticipantHi Catalin,
Thanks for your reply but unfortunately this didn’t work.
At present, for example, after the migration I don’t see my widgets in the admin area (appearence/widget) and the theme customization area is not working too (appearence/customize).
Thanks in advance for your help.

maxdestefanoParticipantHi,
Thanks for your answer. This also works fine for the “members” PAGE, but not for the “who’s online” and the “members” WIDGETS.
Is there any solution for those two WIDGETS as well? Thanks
MaxmaxdestefanoParticipantHello Catalin,
Thanks for your answer.
I copied and pasted this code inside the bp-custom.php file, and it seems to work great in the members list page.
However, I still have to hide the admins from a couple of sections:
– the online users widget
– the members list widgetThe code you suggested me seems not to do that. Could you please help?
Thanks
MaxmaxdestefanoParticipantOK, great thanks.
I have another issue: when I import the xml demo file, the menu is not well organized like in the demo online version, but it’s quite a mess. Besides, I can’t get all the images: they seem to be uploaded in the wp-content/upload directory, but their size is quite small and if I try to download and see them, they are grey.
Is there any other file that I have to upload manually? Thanks,
