1. ENVATO API is correctly added for both of theme settings
2. License which I have purchased recently has been updated
3. The license which I have bought initially almost 4 months before is not updated yet.
4. I don’t have any idea if I am able to explain you the issue.NO I haven’t Done anything with the menu, after setting up initially it was all fine , I Just noticed this issue.
Well, I have bought one theme and it is installed for few months, the new license was bought just now, I received the update on the new license but not which I bought it earlier. Both sites are live. And I won’t understand your suggestion for keeping one theme installed and use different license, both themes are installed and both are having envato API

well i think you again misunderstood what I requested, I send you screen shot with highlighted area, I think above code is for complete header color change.
When use on any mobile device, except home page on all pages and posts , MENU button which is on top right corner shows no color, how to change it.
please don’t assign it to someone just discuss the issue with your technical team, and let me know if any outcome.
You are absolutely right, no issue with chrome on any android, try the same feature in safari if possible from any IPHONE
yes some part is missing, please check the issue after applying the filter from any mobile device and specially a mobile phone, you will realise what I am trying to explain.

I have done it anything with the theme, Before I had avada installed here later I bought KLEO and installed it here.I am not a professional developer so really have no idea when I activated 2016WP and when not.

everything looks fine.
but I am using a filter for the post in the home page.
when I am using the filter to search any specific post from a mobile device.
and when search result shows up, In mobile device it shows up not as responsive.
can you please check it for me the specific issue which I am referring too.AND IF ANY ISSUE WITH WORDPRESS IT SHOULD BE RESOLVED BY THE THEME DEVELOPER OR SUGGEST SOMETHING WHICH CAN RESOLVE IT FOR ME INSTEAD OF SENDING ME TO FORUMS AND ROAM AROUND FOR NOTHING

I would need to know exactly what they are saying the hosting issue is. Responsive content is coded in your site design, and wouldn’t generally be supported in Live Chat. We can certainly check on any specific settings the theme developer has stated are responsible, but since I didn’t develop the theme I cannot say what is required for it to function.
ABOVE ISTHE MESSAGE FROM MY HOSTING COMPANY GUY, HE SAID THEOR IS NO ISSUE FROM HOSTING, AND HE CANT TELL ANYTHING ABOYT THE RESPOSIVNESS ISSUE AS HE HAS NOT DESIGNED THIS THEME
I have explained earlier that I am not a pro, can you help me find the way if I can disable 2016 wordpress and enable KLEO.
Well I completely understand, is there any way I can delete current WordPress installation and install new and keep KLEO enabled instead of WordPress, 2016

After you have suggested the plugin, DISABLE MOBILE RESPONSIVENESS, I can see that site images are not mobile responsive which looks not good,what you suggestHello RADU,

A. Adding contact form at the end of a post-ABOVE the social share buttons in the post.
B. Adding newsletter subscription “where suitable in post for subscriptions

well I installed the plugin and it seems to be resolved, but does this plugin effects on images responsiveness and if in the coming KLEO update this issue will be resolved? because I want third KLEO license for my new project.
can i downgrade to WP version which support KLEO or if I can cancel the installation and do it again
can you please specify which mailchimp plugin you want me to install, currently no plugin install only added mailchimp api in theme options (where asked), please let me know if a plugin install in required and mention the plugin details.

it was not showing specific portfolio subcategories on the specific page, currently same.
I want to show specific post subcategories on a specific page,
Previously your team helped me out to resolve and was told to me that some PHP issue was there and they fixed it.
NOW
I want to show specific subcategories of the main category on a specific page
I can see filter option but when I select FILTER POST BY CATEGORY
It shows all posts along with main category and their subcategories
I am sure I could explain the issues
