β’ The last one was very stupid of me: putting the css code in the wrong place … ahh.
β’ The first issue, I meant uploading a personal cover photo as a user, not the general cover for the site as admin.
I tried this again with a dark blue photo. Looks good at first, then when looking in view, it’s gone. π[attachment file=193190]

After doing all the tests as you wrote, I got the same error until I used the Twenty Seventeen theme.
But … then I found that I did not have the latest BP version β this was postponed by me because some time ago Sweetdate was not mentioned as compatible with that BP version at that time on the Envato product page.
So myself to blame.

You actually took another route which does not show the problem.
Please go exactly like this: > In topmenu click “Prikbord” > then you see “Wat is er nieuw, TEST?” and there you put your text > then (important!) underneath select “Muzikanten” > then click “plaats update”
Now you should see a red error message like this: https://www.spiritoo.com/screenshot1.jpg
We all see that, except Laura.
Do you?
It should work on less than the newest OS, right?

and you gotta see that error.
Outside of a group it works here but not in a group.Best,

I had people trying it out and they have the same issue indeed.
So, on Mac systems 10.6.8 and 10.11.6 and 10.12 it’s not working.
On older PC Win NT (yeah that’s old) it’s not working either.
That means to me that a lot of people get stuck when trying to do an update in a group.
You are the exception it seems. πAny idea?

ParticipantYes I used the same user account.
Now I tried with another computer and still this error comes up.
I think the best I can do is asking a few other users to try it.
Then I’ll come back here later …

ParticipantI tried again to include a screenshot here, but that does not work either.
Are you sure this forum does work with attachments?
I added a file (PNG 21kb) then insert into content then click submit and nothing happens.Now I ‘m beginning to think it must be my computer …
I’ll put the screenshot elsewhere to view …

Then when you are a member of a group, you could try to post an update in that group.
The site is in Dutch language only. π

ParticipantWondering why this is, I see regular replies on the support forum from 7th Queen folks and I see also that they look for support staff in the careers section.
Maybe it’s just lack of time available.
So one of us should apply for that job and solve this case as the first thing to do in their new job. πSeriously, I too hope that this will be solved sooner rather than later.

I don’t want to “force” it on the user, just have it ticked on pageload, just as it does now indeed when a user comes in via the default WP login panel. Most of the time they enter via the Sweetdate panel.
But never mind. I’ll see if I find some other way to handle this.
