If you go to wp-admin -> pages -> activity page -> template three columns... Then go to wp-admin -> appearance -> widgets and add your desired content to that sidebars By using this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-logic/ you will be able to conditionate where the widgets to appear and where not Cheers R.
