And this is not what you want ? to force users to upload picture ? if you have to many users that does’t upload an avatar you can use a plugin like this : https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-first-letter-avatar/

The theme files location are wp-content/themes/sweetdate/
The css should work i’ve tested live via console and it applies…
The css are correct and the css should be pasted in wp-admin -> theme options -> styling options -> quick css

Look at the top at the site -> Get Support -> Kleo and read the page content there are instructions how to open a new ticket, see on page bottom

Mark as a solutionI’ve provided you various solution to achieve that, but it seems that no work no one for you but for others yes, try to re-upload the theme files over the existing theme files, disable all plugins when you doing that also disable child theme.
Regarding the redirecting to homepage from members directory… this can be caused by some code from child theme or by some plugin.
Re-download the theme from themeforest then re-upload the theme files via FTP to wp-content/themes/sweetdate
All the solutions above should work…

The login credentials are not works, make sure if the homepage doens’t have a custom logo added

Please add this code to wp-content/themes/kleo-child/functions.php
COPY CODEadd_filter( 'kleo_theme_options_ajax', '__return_false' );Note : child theme needs to be installed and active
Then change some settings in theme options and press save and check if the changes applies
