Most probably that issue from your screenshot it’s caused by a plugin.

I see that the logo and favicon are present on your website, if you change theme it’s normally that logos and favicon disappear because these are saved to the kleo theme options.

In order to integrate with Facebook you need to enter your Facebook APP ID

Just enable the facebook login from Wp-Admin -> Theme Options -> Miscellaneous by setting ONFacebook integration, Show Facebook avatar, Enable Registration via Facebook and put your FB APP API key in Facebook APP ID.

From this page you need to add the field to directory just like in tutorial.

Then form that certain forum, check the box GOLD for that forum and re-test after.

The member type is working but it’s isolated case with you,
Try to disable that plugins for network and enable the plugins only for that certain site.

The correct solution is :
Go to your website wp-admin -> Memberships -> Addons -> PMPro bbPress -> Download -> Activate
Then, go to your desired forum and restrict for what membership you want.
