What is the slug that I need to use in Appearance – Menu ? Since the link is

Is there a way when we click private message button it will just pop up or something that will just stay at the member’s page? Right now it seems like it will redirect me to my own profile page to compose the message to that member. Thanks

How about when a member will go to their dashboard and I want the big profile header to disappear but leave the profile image. BUT if they want to view their profile as other see it.. The member should see the big profile header [this is the only time they should see their own big profile header].. Also if the member will edit their basic information, Myself Summary, looking and etc.. I want the big header to disappear. Is this possible?
