I replicated the code different function name but I am not able to replaced the tile name and page content on second tab.

1) I have enabled that too but still uploading media option is not working on active stream.
2) I have also tested adding text update by posting update by user active and also by active stream page. but the updated test shows link on cover image as on https://mystudyforum.com/members/surendra/activity/9/

But its also not visible to me or publicly.
