As it turns out the “White Label Branding” plug was the conflict. I turned it off and uninstalled it. Both the backend and the frontend are working fine now. Thank you so much for helping me troubleshoot the issue with our site!

UmstadterParticipantYes. It’s the “rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress” plugin that’s creating this error.
If I enable the other WordPress themes, the error message is still there.UmstadterParticipantBTW, I’ve changed the colors in the styling options under heading, but to no avail.
