As it turns out the “White Label Branding” plug was the conflict. I turned it off and uninstalled it. Both the backend and the frontend are working fine now. Thank you so much for helping me troubleshoot the issue with our site!

If the following are the most current versions, then yes.

I installed 4.3.5., the problem persists.

PS, I uninstalled the plugin and then reinstalled and activated the plugin and the problem persists.

Yes. It’s the “rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress” plugin that’s creating this error.
If I enable the other WordPress themes, the error message is still there.

BTW, I’ve changed the colors in the styling options under heading, but to no avail.

Okay, I think I added the rev slider using the visual composer, but it’s still not going full screen. Below are the screenshots of my process. What am I doing wrong?

I believe I have the slider settings switched to Full Screen.

The row settings were already been set to “No.” Is there something else that could be influencing this?
