Wonderful, thanks for getting back to me.
I think I’ve already given you guys a 5 star review before, but I’ll see if I can go and do it again 🙂Imzaia WorldParticipantHi again,
sorry it’s me again 🙂 Just another quick question. I noticed I can now upgrade to WordPress 5.0 if I would like to. So I’d like to just check in here first to find out whether I should wait for an upgrade from you guys or whether Kleo is ready to run on WordPress 5.0?
Warm regards
YinImzaia WorldParticipantHi again,
Sorry, to clarify, I mistakenly wrote in my message above that I wanted users to be redirected to the homepage after logging in, but what I actually need is for them to stay on the page from which they use the login pop up box.
As such, I made adaptations to my Theme options > miscellaneous settings, and I added a screenshot to show you my settings. HOWEVER, unfortunately, I still keep ending up on the WP Dashboard when logging in… I have no idea why.
Can you assist?
Warm regards

Thanks ever so much!
Imzaia WorldParticipantPS. For clarity: the Kleo button is the “long” button underneath the video in both screenshots
Imzaia WorldParticipantHi again Kieran,
I added it but the text snippets are still showing up. Any idea why?
Thanks,
Yin
Imzaia WorldParticipantThank you, trying it now.
Does this go in the child theme’s Style.css or Functions.css?
Yin
Imzaia WorldParticipantHi again Kieran,
sorry to keep bothering you 🙂
The general background color has now been changed, I removed the image and added a color.
However, the breadcrumb background color, even though I have changed it in styling options, remains the same light gray it always was. Do you know what I could do about that? I did clear cache several times.
Thank you.
Yin
Imzaia WorldParticipantHi there,
thank you! I have made the changes and cleared my cache, however they are not showing up.
Is it possible this takes some time?
Regards,
Yin
Imzaia WorldParticipantHi Kieran,
thank you for the correct place to change the breadcrumb color.
Here is the screenshot you asked for. As I said, on large iMac screens like mine, the boxed 1440px version of the site, much like this forum as well, has a grey background on the left and the right. I want to change that color but I don’t know where.
Thanks.

thank you very much for your reply.
I will make sure to make those changes.Regards,
YinImzaia WorldParticipantHi guys 🙂
One final update from me regarding this: I have switched off RtMedia’s ability to post Media files in the Buddypress comments (I do not need this anyway) which causes the Post option to work on the Activity Feed and on the Profiles, both on Safari and Chrome! Very cool 🙂
However, I am just letting you know that, when RtMedia IS switched on, this Post button does not work for me, as explained in earlier posts.
I will however set this to Resolved, as things are working for me now and I have some more open tickets 🙂
Imzaia WorldParticipantI have examined this issue further and have an update that might help.
So, on SAFARI definitely the post comment option does not work on the profiles AND the site-wide activity feed.
However, on Chrome, the post comment option DOES work on the profiles but DOES NOT work on the site-wide activity feed.
It seems that, on the profiles, Chrome is able to just “slide open” a box when you click the Add Comment button. But on the site-wide activity, both Chrome and Safari, when you click Comment to a post, will actually go to a new URL, in this case https://imzaia.world/activity/?ac=235/#ac-form-235
I hope this helps because I have an intuitive vibe that this is where the glitch must be coming from.
Have a great weekend!
Yin
Imzaia WorldParticipantThanks guys! I already downloaded 1-15 and 31-45 from your earlier conversation here.
Is it possible for you to also post the “Earth series” of templates? They are on the same page.
Imzaia WorldParticipantImportant FYI : I just found out that this problem occurs on the Safari browser, but it does not occur on Google Chrome. I hope that helps?
Imzaia WorldParticipantHi again! I think I already did that when I bought the theme but I’ll check and do it in case I have not! 😀
Imzaia WorldParticipantHi,
I have the same problem. I am trying to import the sample GoPricing tables on the link above, but I do not have access because I do not have a license.
In your replies above, you wrote that you would add these samples to the theme, but I cannot find them.
Can you let me know how I can access them?
Thank you.

thank you for your response.
The adding of that code did not change the size of the comment area.
Re the 2nd point, I will make a screenshot and add it here in a little bit.

Good news!!! I figured it out!!! 🙂
I am building my new site on WpEngine and, of course, when you are on WpE’s staging environment only the Administrator can see the final product properly.
On Google Chrome I am logged in as Admin, and on Safari and Firefox — of course — I wasn’t! Duh!
Same for me co-creator, who was logged in as editor but not as Admin.
Until I switch WpEngine from staging (i.e. “mysite.wpengine.com”) to my actual URL and plug it all in, things cannot display properly UNLESS you are logged in as the Admin.
I am sharing this here in the hopes of helping others with the same problem, whenever they come across it.
Thank you again, 7th Queen… you guys rock.
Hugs,

YinImzaia WorldParticipantHello there,
I still have this problem as well.
Has any fix been found in the meantime?
Thank you.

YinAugust 13, 2017 at 23:16 in reply to: Visual Composer “Post Grid” pulling images from wrong category depending on browser and device #170513Imzaia WorldParticipantBy the way, I just tested on my other iMac, downstairs, and the same problem persists. Oddly, here as well do I get the right articles displayed on Google Chrome, but Safari — and also Firefox — display the wrong articles, i.e. they do not offer the correct category but instead show the latest articles on the site. Thank you for your time & for making yourselves available as you are.
Imzaia WorldParticipantHi there,
thank you for the feedback.
I noticed that my Resize Offset was set to 10 already, so I set it to 20 now and it seems that this unfortunately did not resolve the issue.
I will wait for several hours to see whether it needs some time to implement and catch up, but usually changes I make on my site implement immediately.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

And one more thing I learned that might help others that read this as well: if you want the breadcrumb to show your Category AND your SubCategory, ie. MAGAZINE / CULTURE, you must make sure to only select the subcategory in the blog editor and not the main category. Both sub- and main category will then show up in the breadcrumb, at least if you have set your permalinks to show them.
October 31, 2016 at 04:50 in reply to: Breadcrumb showing post’s year & month instead of category #142137Imzaia WorldParticipantI believe I was able to fix this myself by changing the permalinks to match the breadcrumb that I wanted.
I set the permalink to include the /%category%/ but my remaining question is now: how can I also display a SUBcategory if the blog is in there? For example: my blog is in the category MAGAZINE (parent category) and the subcategory (or child category) Art & Culture, but on the breadcrumb only MAGAZINE shows up. Is there a way for the subcategory or subcategories to show up as well?
