Yes we have tried this. Have you tried logging in and testing your theory outside of everything that we have done or did you just send a generic answer?

No. It was supposed to be in the header next to the logo. I had fixed it to make it look better and then you had changed it – but didn’t change it correctly.
The entire blue header is how the original was – now the header and top logo are gigantic and that should not be that way. I cannot decrease the height of the header and I cannot make it back the way it was originally when the slider and search was inside the header NOT below it .
the problem still exists – this is a theme issue that I had stated several weeks ago, and was there from the beginning. Please review my previous requests when your observation stated that it was an image issue. Which it was not either. Now you are stating its a plugin issue – please just try yourself – when you upload to those, it does not cover the entire area, no matter what the size of the image is.
Yes – it is. I am only uploading my image directly using your backend theme. It is only happening in your groups.
Hello – as I have mentioned, I DO NOT have any images with the black space, so I have no idea what you mean about uploading images without black space. I have attached same images that I had uploaded to groups – I have also tried many other sizes and types of images, with the same black result.
What do you mean by a private reply , what do you mean English or english UK as I don’t use any other languages
I am also using Cloudflare CDN originally when the suggestion was made to why my site is running slow – and now purchased Cloudflare PRO – and checked plugins – but still the site is taking time in admin.

No I have not installed any avatar image plugin. I am not aware of any function that handles avatars. I do not believe we are using a child theme.
Hello – the site is loading good now. But still have issues mentioned. The sizing of the images for activity and how to make a grid (do I just create a table) ? I do not understand ” at Users – BP Profile fields, edit the members search form to add any field to it liek the search by state.” – this is very general and I do not understand.
