Hi,
I tried this. We’re almost there. The load state looks good. All I need in addition to this is:
1. The top bar should hide on scrolling
2. The header becomes turns #fff when scrolled.I understand we’ve gone around a few times, and I appreciate it. Thanks much for your help with this 🙂

September 13, 2017 at 07:29 in reply to: How to hide Top Menu on scroll when Main Menu set to transparent #173505gm713ParticipantHi. I had made the header sticky. Now I’ve turned it off, please take a look and let me know.
gm713ParticipantUnfortunately, that didn’t work. Just to be sure I’m entering this in the correct field (see attached), right?
Also, any reason why I shouldn’t enter this in style.css in child theme? I would like all my css mods to be in one place, and I prefer it there.

Create a row with 2 columns in a span6 + span6 format. Add text block on left and image on right. When browser size is reduced to smart phone view, the text (left block) appears on top and image (right block) appears below.
I want to flip that order so that the image block appears on top and text appears below.

What’s the css to make the header sticky?
September 9, 2017 at 05:06 in reply to: How to hide Top Menu on scroll when Main Menu set to transparent #173030gm713ParticipantOK. Thanks for this. I updated my child theme css to include this.
How do I make the header “not sticky”. Where is that setting?
September 7, 2017 at 02:45 in reply to: How to hide Top Menu on scroll when Main Menu set to transparent #172827gm713ParticipantTry again now. Also, for some reason the website is loading slow, so give it a few seconds and the captcha will load. Thanks!
September 6, 2017 at 02:38 in reply to: How to hide Top Menu on scroll when Main Menu set to transparent #172727gm713ParticipantNot sure what you mean by them. There are 2 components viz. (1) Top Bar (2) Header
Here is what I want:
– On page load, Make the top bar transparent. Also, make the Header transparent.– On scroll, hide the top bar. Make the header white.
How do I accomplish this?

This seems like a bug, unless it’s as designed.
Scenario 1:
When the Transparent Header is selected i.e. checked (via page level settings-see attached), the Top Bar becomes sticky.Scenario 2:
When the Transparent Header is not selected i.e. unchecked, the Top Bar becomes non-sticky. No other settings have been changed.I want the Top Bar to be non-sticky in Scenario 1.

1. Top Bar and Header should be transparent on default Page Load
2. Upon scroll Top Bar should hide. Header should stick, but have a colored background, say white. How do I accomplish this.

August 11, 2017 at 18:59 in reply to: How to hide Top Menu on scroll when Main Menu set to transparent #170291gm713ParticipantDon’t look at the current website as we’re redesigning it.
Similar to your site (https://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/) I am trying to make the Top Bar transparent. As the user then scroll down, I want the Top Bar to stick, again similar to your site.
The only variation I want is I want add a Top Bar above the Header which shows on page load but hides on scroll. I want the Top Bar to be transparent/see through, similar to the Header.
gm713ParticipantHi Abe,
The credentials I provided you above should still work. Let me know if you have any questions. I’m online for the next 3/4 hours so should be able to work with you.
Thanks!
gm713ParticipantHey! Any update on this?
I also have MyCred enabled on my website which is broken as well. I’m working with the plugin author, and he is unable to reproduce the issues on his end. I’m wondering if, whatever is breaking mega menu could be affecting that as well.
Thanks!
gm713ParticipantBasically the way it looks on a mobile device view. Click on the icon to reveal it but when collapsed, none of it shows? Thanks!
gm713ParticipantHi,
Since Chrome is on 46.X version, you shouldn’t have to apply this fix. I had this issue back in the day and has gone away since. Remember to delete the plugin.
gm713ParticipantThanks for your reply. I do plan on using MyCred but I need to display them in replies, not under the avatar though. I’ll check on bbpress forums. Thanks!
gm713ParticipantGo to Theme Options > General Settings and scroll down till you see box that says JavaScript code. Paste you google analytics code in there, and you’re good to go.
gm713ParticipantHi,
Thanks. It used to work fine till the last update. Out of curiosity, can you go to /wp-admin on your website while not logged in. Can you please let me know if you see the error or not, since I may need to investigate further on my end.
Regarding, feature request, thanks for moving it. Yes, that’s what I had intended and thought I posted it in that category but guess not.
gm713ParticipantThanks, but somehow these plugins conflict with Kleo. It did it for both “Adminize” and “WP No Show”, both very popular plugins for this feature.
When a non-logged in user visits /wp-admin it throws this error. You can see it here: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/error-in-theme-functions-php-on-line-366
I figured including it natively in the theme, similar to “maintenance mode” feature would be a great benefit.
Also, just recently my Host Provider (DreamPress) advised me to keep the plugins to a low number citing adding plugins degrades performance.
gm713ParticipantHi @laura Any updates on this one, and the level of integration you guys are planning?
gm713Participant@mscdre My backupbuddy issues started about a month or two ago. Prior to that backupbuddy worked without any issues, so you’re right it could be more than a coincidence.
Let’s stay in touch to see if our issues may be related. I’m working with the backupbuddy support team to see if they’re able to zero-in on the problem or not. I will report back with findings. Please let me know how your issue and resolution progresses.
gm713ParticipantThanks for your reply.
The thought behind asking for recommendation was, your team may be more familiar with what works with the theme, and may be able to provide insightful answers. You answer doesn’t really help me much, it’s an obvious next step.
