I fixed it – in the event it happens to anyone else they need to to go to Tools>Buddpyress>Reinstall emails
Except now they are not receiving the activation email – any suggestions on that?. I switched from Kleo to Buddyapp and I”m finding breaks along the way.
The WP Engine issue was resolved, but still cannot enter anything in the fields.
Should also note I switched from Kleo to Buddyapp and I’m trying to resolve any issues between theme transitions, so far the WP engine code, this registration form problem, and the post content not resizing on mobile are main issues I’m encountering.I’ve seen that ad spam but don’t know which plugin is doing that, that didn’t start happening until I applied some of the recommended methods to speed up the website, I’ll look into those plugins….however, you should be able to try again and get through, it only happens once, refresh or try again and you should get through.
