Hello @amandaquist83 at your hosting cpanel, you should see a File Manager, usually the site files are at public_html just find wp-content/themes and drop the .zip files of the main theme and child theme then extract them there 🙂

Hello, do you have access to your hosting file manager or ftp?
If you do, navigate to public_html/wp-content/themes and drop the sweetdate.zip and sweetdate-child.zip then extract them there, that should be all to have it installed 🙂
